Is was dirty and water was coming out from the bathroom. The hears were everywhere in the bathroom ..
L’emplacement de l’hôtel
Le personnel, la sécurité (on s’est fait volé) et les équipements ( la majorité des équipements sont payants)
- keine saubere Zimmer
- Dusche , WC und Waschbecken sehr schlechte sanitäre Anlagen
- schlechter Buffet Service
- die Öffnungszeiten Zeiten werden nicht korrekt eingehalten
- durch einen Hahn 🐓wird man jeden Morgen sehr früh geweckt, also kein ausschlafen
- im Zimmer kein Kühlschrank, sowie Getränke oder Obst
- kein Wasser Kocher oder Kaffee Maschine
- kein Bedienung Service , alles nur selbst Bedienung möglich
Etwas abgerockt aber für das Geld okay
Kühlschrank im Bungalow fehlt !
The location is very nice
- the bungalow had hairs from previous guests and constantly got ant infestation coming from tiles. Multiple large beetles.
- the shower flooring was swollen as if water had been seeping underneath it
- parking can be a nightmare to find
- we asked for the late checkout from reception the night before, was happy to pay. Reception told me that I had to come back to reception at 9am in the morning of the checkout to check which seems very unreasonable considering it’s a 5-10min walk from the bungalow and the whole reason for a late checkout is so we could sleep in a little. I woke up and went down to reception and was told it wasn’t available. Incredibly bad system

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante.
La cama se hundía completamente y el colchón era muy incómodo, por lo que descansar bien fue imposible. Además, el aire acondicionado no permitía regular la temperatura, lo que hacía la estancia aún menos confortable.
La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear para un hotel de estas características. Durante la estancia solo nos proporcionaron dos pequeñas pastillas de jabón, no nos cambiaron las toallas y, aunque el régimen era de todo incluido, para poder utilizar el vaso había que dejar un depósito, algo que me pareció bastante sorprendente.
En cuanto a la comida, el desayuno era aceptable, pero tanto el almuerzo como la cena eran de muy baja calidad. De hecho, no pudimos comer ni cenar allí ningún día porque la comida nos pareció pésima.
En general, la relación calidad-precio no ha cumplido nuestras expectativas y, personalmente, no volvería ni lo recomendaría

Eigentlich war alles schlecht!
Dreckig, alles musste extra gekauft werden trotz All Inclusiv.
Man kann es nur Leuten weiterempfehlen die man nicht mag.
La ubicación
Que estaba sucio, lleno de bichos, nos dejaron 1 noche durmiendo con el aire acondicionado en caliente que no se podía ni estar.. reclamamos y no nos dieron solución.
Nous avons aimé le cadre idyllique du centre hôtelier, la piscine menorca avec ses animations, les boissons à volonté, la climatisation dans la chambre
Nous n'avons pas apprécié le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de cafetière ni de frigo dans les bungalows
L accueil impeccable personne très sympa .juste a côté de la piscine .très appréciable la climatisation.chambre très propre
L hôtel est isolé je recommande de louer une voiture sinon très compliqué surtout en bus

Nous avons adoré le lieu qui n’est pas un hôtel sur touristique mais plutôt naturel avec énormément de verdure, vue mer, etc. Nous étions isolé mais assez proche de Palma, s’Arsenal et Cala Pi avec des bus direct. Nous avions peur du buffet après avoir lu les commentaires, ce n’étais pas un buffet 5 étoiles mais en tant que personnes pas hyper difficile c’était parfait, c’était super (varié, de plus le personnels étaient hyper gentil). Les lits étaient énormes, super confortable, lits fait tout les 2 jours, la vue mer était juste magnifique. Les piscines au top, piscine chill, pas de bagarre pour les transats, petit bar à chaque piscines, piscines vue mer, superbe ambiance. Accès a une petite crique juste sublime, beaucoup d’escaliers mais qui en vaut la peine ( vue magnifique durant toute la descente). On en garde un incroyable souvenir. Le rapport qualité/prix est fou. Et je ne parle même pas du coucher de soleil magnifique tout les soir 😍

Dommage que le snack sortent 2 pizza sur la journée à 17h pour tout le monde. Manque de quantité et de variété/ de différente choses à tout moment de la journée.
