Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:
• Full refund for cancelations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• 100% of the total amount will be due and nonrefundable for cancelations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.

boutique hotel in the Marais
Pros:

Excellent location near two Metro stops. Very nicely appointed cozy room. Breakfast was nice with a view to the city street. Great AC.

Cons:

Breakfast was a hybrid of self-service and staff service, hot food was on the steam table for a while.

Worth every cent!!!
Pros:

Great location, close to everything around the Marais without being in the busiest area. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Customer service was impeccable and the spa session was such a treat!!!! Amazing value!

Unique experience in a wonderful location
Pros:

It was a lovely experience to be staying in a chateau. The family room was very large, updated and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and fun to eat there. Everyone was very helpful including with recommendations, even making dinner reservations. We really liked the location for our chateau visiting long weekend, and the kids loved the pool!
