In case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:
• Full refund for cancelations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• 100% of the total amount will be due and nonrefundable for cancelations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel principalement pour son spa, ce qui justifiait un tarif plus élevé que d’autres établissements similaires. Malheureusement, le spa était indisponible durant notre séjour (ce qui n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation).

Aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée spontanément. Après réclamation, le petit-déjeuner nous a été accordé à moitié prix seulement. À 20 € par personne, il est très décevant (pancakes et gâteaux secs et industriels), peu de choix au vu du tarif.

Lovely hotel in my favourite bit of Paris
Pros:

Hotel is in such a nice spot. And it's very recently renovated compared to so many hotels in Paris I've stayed in. Also more spacious than some Parisian hotels I've previously stayed in.

Wenn man in Paris PETIT hervorhebt, dann ist es auch PETIT!
Pros:

Top Lage im sehr lebendigen Paris Life-Style-Viertel Le Marais, wir waren geschäftlich vor Ort und fanden auch die Lage zwischen den zwei Metro-Stationen und der Nähe zum Drehkreuz Republik perfekt.
Die Rezeption ist mehrsprachig und sehr geschult, die Zimmer sind PETIT und wenn Franzosen sich diese Adjektiv in den Namen schreiben, dann ist auch alles PETIT.
Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohlgefühlt und können das KLEINOD der Pariser Hotel-Szene voll empfehlen, es bleibt aber ein kleiner Nachgeschmack, denn das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis muss wegen der wirklich fehlenden Größe (Platz) als zu hoch eingestuft werden.
Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, es ist frisch und die Räume sind GROß genug, um entspannt und gemütlich zu frühstücken, durch die Top-Lage ist alles fußläufig leicht zu erreichen, wer Paris kennt weiß wie weitläufig es ist, das Hotel liegt in Marais im Herzen und die Metro ist eben NICHT weit weg.
Das gilt auch für die Metro mit der 5 ist man direkt am Gare du Nord und dann direkt zum Einsteigen in die REB entweder nach Orly oder Charles de Gaulle am Start, besser geht es eigentlich nicht!

Cons:

Der Preis, es ist für die angebotene Zimmergröße zu teuer, aber dennoch empfehlenswert, denn das Gesamtpaket wird bewertet und da müssen wir fair sein, denn das ganze Glück gibt es nicht!

מיקום מעולה באיזור של המארה. ליד שתי תחנות של המטרו וגם ליד כיכר הבסטילה שיש שם קווים נוספים.
המלון נקי ומטופח.ארוחת בוקר קונטיננטית טעימה, ויש באיזור בתי קפה טובים וברים.
כל יום ניקו את החדר ושמו בו בקבוק מים חדש.

Great hotel, sort the temperature in the rooms out to make for a peaceful nights sleep

The rooms were too hot, meaning that even in January you had to sleep with the doors open and the noise from the local bars and clubs kept us awake throughout the night. Sort the temperature in the rooms out! Its unbearable and makes for an awful nights sleep
