Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation by the client or the company, the hotel reserves the right to apply the following cancellation fees:
• Full refund for cancelations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

• 100% of the total amount will be due and nonrefundable for cancelations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The Spa is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and privatized for 1 session of 45 mins for each stay. To take advantage of our Spa remember to book in advance. For a 2nd session at the Spa (Flotarium / Sauna) during the stay, you will be billed at 130 Euros for 2 people. Please note that the spa access is only for one free slot and then other slot are with extra cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Frustrant et décevant.
Pros:

L’accueil, le personnel, la cadre de cet hôtel et son emplacement.

Cons:

Le spa. FROID. Le hammam; NON PRÉCHAUFFÉ (on a jamais vu ca !!!). Par conséquent, de vos 50 minutes de spa (que vous avez payé) vous déduisez, 5 minutes que la réceptionniste vous enlève pour l’habillage, le temps de préchauffage du hammam, que vous voulez mettre à profit dans le Jacuzzi mais malheureusement celui ci est froid… du coup vous avez payé cher un hôtel pour le spa mais vous n’en profitez même pas! Extrêmement décevant et frustrant alors que tout le reste est qualitatif!!! Vraiment grosse erreur de la part de l’hôtel de ne pas vouloir chauffer l’espace spa!!
Pour le coup, j’ai mille fois préféré le bassin de flottaison du Petit Beaumarché, mais le reste de l’hôtel n’est pas aussi quali que le Petit Oberkampf, vraiment dommage!!

Very relaxing and welcoming hotel to make a city break feel like you can still rest and rejeuvenate.
Pros:

The location was amazing, near enough to walk everywhere you need to get to but not too close that you are bothered by noise. The local area is filled with lovely independent businesses. We recommend Fauna for coffees and breakfast, the Petit Mitron boulangerie opposite makes excellent pastries for great value. Round the corner you have Kubri for a dinner and Delicattesen place to grab an evening wine and some great food. The spa was a lovely facility to have access to, the steam room and waterfall pool were good for post city exploring relaxation.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel principalement pour son spa, ce qui justifiait un tarif plus élevé que d’autres établissements similaires. Malheureusement, le spa était indisponible durant notre séjour (ce qui n’était pas précisé lors de la réservation).

Aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée spontanément. Après réclamation, le petit-déjeuner nous a été accordé à moitié prix seulement. À 20 € par personne, il est très décevant (pancakes et gâteaux secs et industriels), peu de choix au vu du tarif.

Lovely hotel in my favourite bit of Paris
Pros:

Hotel is in such a nice spot. And it's very recently renovated compared to so many hotels in Paris I've stayed in. Also more spacious than some Parisian hotels I've previously stayed in.
