A great stay, great location
Pros:

Overall a great stay. Solid location close to the Benalmádena marina which is a lovely place day or night. Lots of beach clubs and water sports on the door. Pool area was lovely and plenty of beds. The staff all around the hotel were super friendly!

Cons:

I would say the pool bar is a little underwhelming and pool side service is a bit luck of draw. Cocktail we did have was top class. Breakfast options were nice but a bit more variety would be nice, starts to feel the same.

Szuper nyaralás egy kitűnő Hotelben

Gyönyörű, tiszta szálloda. A recepción nagyon kedvesen fogadtak, a szobákat sikerült egymáshoz viszonylag közelire módositani A szobák kényelmesek, tiszták voltak, a légkondi és a mennyezeti ventillator jó hőmérsékletet biztositott Az étterem személyzete barátságos, segitőkész volt, Az ételek választéka minden képzeletet felülmúlt, akár reggel akár este.

Cons:

Utcára néző szobánk volt a mellékszárnyban, itt a reggeli zaj kicsit nagy volt (szállitó, ill szemetes autók) A Spa elég kicsi, szegényes, de ez nyáron nem okoz igazán gondot . A tengerparton viszont lehetne a szállodának saját elkeritett területe, saját napágyakkal -leginkább ez ami hiányzott a tökéletességhez.

Excellent, relaxing, will be back.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Nautilus on a few occasions prior to the upgrade & it was very good then. The refurbishment is fabulous, we love RIU hotels. The food was excellent as usual, staff friendly & polite, I would recommend to everyone 😀😀😀😀

Cons:

The outside bar near the pool, a more conventional bar would be good rather than just a hatch.

Pros:

Położenie, dobre do plażowania, spacerów.

Cons:

Część pokoi wychodzi na ulicę. Nasz pokój niestety vis a vis okien miał śmietniki. Pobieranie śmieci budziło nas każdego ranka o 6:30 😞 zgłaszałam przed przyjazdem obsłudze hotelu że cierpię na nadwrażliwość dźwiękową ale kompletnie to zignorowali.

Pros:

There is nothing not to like about this hotel. It's recent upgrade, quality of rooms, facilities,staff and location are fantastic. The beach location and proximity to the marina in Benalmadena is a bonus. There are bars and shops close by and a taxi rank in front of the hotel. There was a wide choice of food available for breakfast and evening meal and the bar prices were very reasonable. The gardens were very well kept.

Cons:

Hard to find fault with the hotel. Although we arrived about an hour later than the check in time our room wasn't ready and we had a very short wait. We were given a welcome drink and offered more when we were waiting. The staff were very apologetic. On a personal note I am allergic to strawberries, there was nowhere on the paperwork I completed on line to show this. I wouldn't have expected the hotel not to serve them but I did have to be careful because they were used as garnish and I was wary of cross contamination. I just avoided the areas where they were.
