Ms. Nicole was awesome
Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay. It was a sad occasion for the visit but the ladies I encountered were the best I've dealt with in a while. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Adrian . Very pleasant attitudes and just truly felt like talking with family they were just that nice. I would come back again and again and this would be the only place I stay thanks to their kindness. The only real issue I had was the mis labeling of the Hot 🔥 & Cold 🥶 in the shower. You are so used to correct way someone will get a quick scalding if not paying attention. And u have to pay for food inside no complimentary buffet but it was ok. Not too expensive 😌

Great Duncanville option!
Pros:

We came here for a wedding and the service was great. Nicole was so friendly and bubbly. The cafe and bar was convenient so we didn’t need to UberEats. Most of my family lives north but if I had to stay in Duncanville again, I would stay here 1000%

Average hotel that is overpriced.
Pros:

The location was fine and the outdoor seating was great.

Cons:

The room was not nicer than any $80 a night hotel and in fact it was less impressive than many $75 per night hotels but I payed $150 to stay here. The staff also banged on the doors at 8 am as if to wake people up so they would leave. That is unexceptable.

Great stay, location, and superior staff

I want to give a honest review so I can explain why this score was given. For a few years I stayed at the Hampton Inn which is almost next door. But recently after staying there I realized a change needed to be made. It is extremely important for me to have professional service a clean room and safe and quiet place. Under the management at the time this was not the case. After planning on visiting the Hilton Garden Inn I decided my next visit I would try this location. First of all I was greet by Jeremy who was so pleasant, friendly and funny. That was my first positive, Secondly he made sure to accommodate us on our request WITHOUT hesitation. Then I met Matilda, I believe that was her name, I received the same superior service, last but not least Nicole again same superior service. I really was not expecting this from EVERYONE based on my experience at another location, but this was wonderful. Immediately walking in the hotel the lightning was bright, clean and inviting. My room was the same way because I CHECK EVERYTHING, mattress, tub, toilet, sheets and under the bed for dirt. This may seem like much but when you travel and has bad experiences you check. IT WAS CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE!!! I amso upset that I spent so much money and having to clean up my room and to come here spend less and have to do NOTHING but relax was great. I didn't do the breakfast, but I heard it was nice. You WILL NOT be disappointed coming here.
