Service was outstanding. From the front desk to housekeeping, so everything was just great.
Pros:

Well upon arrival things was a little not write as far as my booking. Booking.com messed up and Jeremy the manager step right on in and made sure our stay was great. Very professional. Everyone there was just on point. No complaints from me.

Preety good service and friendly staff a huge plus on this one
Pros:

Fairly good hotel. My actual rating would be more like 4.5, I guess. Only two issues. One, they only have two elevators on site, and one of them kept breaking down. There was a convention going on and a lot of us were up and down, which probably put a lot of strain on the system. The stairs were an option, but both were at the far end of the building and the first floor entry ended up being only accessible from the outside. The other issue was that I feel that the bathrooms were a little cramped. I have been in fancy hotels of the same level and many of those were much bigger. I like bigger restrooms, ones where you can actually share the space with another person and not feel claustrophobic.

Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay. It was a sad occasion for the visit but the ladies I encountered were the best I've dealt with in a while. Ms. Nicole and Ms. Adrian . Very pleasant attitudes and just truly felt like talking with family they were just that nice. I would come back again and again and this would be the only place I stay thanks to their kindness. The only real issue I had was the mis labeling of the Hot 🔥 & Cold 🥶 in the shower. You are so used to correct way someone will get a quick scalding if not paying attention. And u have to pay for food inside no complimentary buffet but it was ok. Not too expensive 😌

Great Duncanville option!
Pros:

We came here for a wedding and the service was great. Nicole was so friendly and bubbly. The cafe and bar was convenient so we didn’t need to UberEats. Most of my family lives north but if I had to stay in Duncanville again, I would stay here 1000%

Average hotel that is overpriced.
Pros:

The location was fine and the outdoor seating was great.

Cons:

The room was not nicer than any $80 a night hotel and in fact it was less impressive than many $75 per night hotels but I payed $150 to stay here. The staff also banged on the doors at 8 am as if to wake people up so they would leave. That is unexceptable.
