The stay was decent
Pros:

It was clean, and quiet

Cons:

There was not enough near parking for women traveling alone. I parked far away and had to walk alone in the dark and it was scary

I had a mixed stay experience.
The overnight front desk created an unpleasant experience during my check-in.
For breakfast, the service attendant was incredibly friendly, patient and attentive. Unfortunately, the milk available at the breakfast buffet was sour and spoiled, which creates food safety concerns for guests.
I hope management can improve front desk service and strengthen daily food quality inspections for breakfast.

La verdad cuando bajamos a desayunar ya no habia nada y eso que eran las 10:10 am la ubicacion muy buena. y se supone que esta previsto hasta las once am .

Cons:

La atencion del personal en la recepcion tendrian que ser mas amables y profesionales y el servicio no fue bueno . se supone que dicho personal es la puerta de hospitalidad y bienvenida para nosotros los clientes.

I enjoyed the pool, and the attractions.
Pros:

The beds were very uncomfortable, the pillows are terrible. I could not sleep on lumpy bed. The only good thing was the pool. The hotel food to expensive.

Staff and location.

Cons:

No swimming pool. Staff said city had shut it down. Apparently for some time. Yet it is still listed on amenities. Grandkids had been looking forward to it. Also, no fan in bathroom.
