El precio y la atención al cliente
Las habitaciones tienen un olor como a químico muy molesto al entrar
Las camas están sin colchas
Los enchufes de las mesitas de noche escasos debajo de la cama
Comodidad de la cama, limpieza de la habitación y relación calidad-precio. Variedad y calidad del desayuno.
Por poner una pega, estaban pintando y al salir al pasillo se notaba el olor. Luego estará bien y no se notará nada.

No encontré la manera de poner el A/C y quitar la calefacción

Están de reformas y el olor que se colaba en la habitación de pintura era horrible, al principio pensé que no iba a poder dormir. Amanecí con mucho dolor de garganta por ese motivo.
La aire acondicionado/calefacción se escuchaba muchísimo y tampoco es que fuese una maravilla. Probablemente si hubiese hecho más frío sería escaso.
El desayuno todo bollería y panadería industrial. Ningún producto típico ni nada por el estilo.
Me llevo alojando en este hotel varios años y ha ido de mal en peor. Ahora parece que han parado de ir mal las cosas y empiezan a ir mejor en general. El estado de mantenimiento se ha mejorado, se están haciendo reformas y los precios han vuelto a bajar
Por mejorar tenemos los grifos de las pilas del baño que apenas te caben las manos. Con el tema de ahorro del agua la cisterna se queda corta y el desayuno si se pone algo de bacon o huevos revueltos calientes ya se mejora sustancialmente. Y si se pide la carta a los reyes magos pues que tengan restaurante como había antes o si no se puede una carta un poco más generosa. No solo 2 platos, pasta y pizza. Los que llegamos tarde a todo los sitios nos viene muy bien los servicios extras
