The hotel was well organised, staff really welcoming and informative. Quick efficient book in. Reserved area with direct lift to room floor in underground car park. Room clean, well fitted out with quality toiletries by Dove
BAreakfast was a good varied choice of meals, cheeses and patterns, all of exceptional quality and well presented

Cons:

Location is a little disconcerting at first site, in a corner of a huge shopping centre. But once one got your bearing it was just different. The car park exit was hard to find, a issue for yhe sho]info center rather than the hotel. The exit was at the o]sit side of shopping center and lead to industrialised l[king back sstr÷ts

Buen alojamiento.
Pros:

Ducha muy buena, tamaño correcto de la habitación, ventanas que aislaban del exterior.

Cons:

En la habitación donde nos alojamos había un ruido que provenía de una máquina del interior. Teniamos apagada la calefacción y el aire, pero por la noche el sonido era muy molesto. Tuve que comprar tampones para los oidos. Habitación 314.
