Tudo estava no seu devido lugar… mas paguei pelo café da manhã que não existiu em nenhum dos dias! Ao chegar no local disseram que era só aos finais de semana! Estava com esposa, filho de 21 anos e criança de 10 anos e formos surpreendidos com essa informação que nos deixou tristes! Três diárias sem café da manhã! Por isso nosso descontentamento

Pros:

I’ve been staying at this location for two weeks. I’ve been making reservations online and then going downstairs to pay for the reservation one morning. No one was at the desk, but I had things I had to do and when I came back employees were cleaning out my room and items were missing. No one wanted to be held accountable so now I’m pressing charges. They will go in your room when they think you’re not expecting them to and blame it on you and say that they’re not responsible for anything that happens.

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate the fact that when my items came up missing because I saw an employee in my room with his hands physically touching my stuff. No one wanted to be held accountable for items that were missing. Everyone wanted to say that nothing was stolen for me and no one steals That can’t be the truth. I’m missing items that were expensive and no one wants to be held accountable for it so now I’m pressing charges.
