HORRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cons:

The room was filthy. Dirty yellow towel under the mattress. The mattress looked like it had bed bugs and pee all over it that they were trying to cover up. Clumps of hair and a comb under the chair cushion. We weren’t in the room more than two minutes before we left and cancelled our stay. When I went to the front desk to let the man working know we wouldn’t be staying and wanted refunded he had nothing but an attitude. In all honesty, he had a negative attitude even when I first checked in. I had my kids with me as we were stopping somewhere to sleep for the night on our way down to Florida and when I expressed my concerns about how nasty the room was, he didn’t have a care in the world. If anything, he had an attitude towards me as if I should’ve been okay with the condition of the room. The whole experience was awful. DO NOT and I stress this- DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I wasn't able to stay they said they did not see that the reservation was paid for when I used to pay for option through PayPal and was charged twice now I have outstanding bill of 157 and cannot utilize the pay later option

That I reserved the room twice and was not able to check in a place

Horrible don’t recommend staying here
Pros:

Nothing it was dirty, stains on the sheet and blanket, requested new ones they never brought them after an entire day waiting confronted the front desk person after waiting hours and they said they didn’t have any clean ones after two days and refused to give us another room. Broken window in room 308 which left us feeling exposed.

Cons:

Everything it was nasty, staff were rude and didn’t care, I didn’t receive my deposit back, would never come here again.
