The bed was soft
The extra parking fee. Totally unnecessary.
Staff was very nice. Clean hotel. Big rooms. Breakfast buffet was really good. There's an omlette station.
They tried to charge for parking! It's just a big open lot around the hotel with no gates so they're trying to make you pay with your phone. Apparently there's no real enforcement. So I would recommend not paying.
The restaurant and the breakfast was amazing. Definitely a 10 out of 10 I recommend.
I loved the room and how it was big enough for my daughter to have her own space without having to get another room. The omelet station was a 10/10.
The breakfast was not what I expected; it had no taste and was dry. I recommend only getting the omelet if you go here. They also only had half and half for the coffee.
All was superb, there's nothing bad I can say about, lol, I just needed a clock in the room but that was no biggie at all.
The only thing I didn't care for, my check out time states 12p, and housekeeping was knocking loudly at my door at approximately, 11:17a and again at 11:30a...

The hotel was amazing
This hotel’s customer service has not lived up to its ambience… Beautiful…however are large group had half of the keys not working at check-in…My bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed…the next day bathroom still had not been cleaned…I found a small piece of a bracelet on the floor, which should have easily been vacuumed up during cleaning… Then I attempted to get an advertised dessert… The “cook” was missing & I was initially told they didn’t know if the dessert was even available because it was a special from July 4th… then I was told they didn’t have it but I waited a total of about 30min and still no dessert.
