Great place to spend time with family
Pros:

The room. Spending time with family in a nice suite.

Cons:

The price was a little high. The omelet wasn't as good as it is normally but it was a different cook.

Overall it was pretty good but could of been so much better.
Pros:

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was a great bonus. Late check out was also great.

Cons:

I had to call room service to have my room cleaned. I was told something about the system was updating and someone would be sent out. Staff was sent out around 2:30-3pm but I was still in the room because that was my nap time. Also, the water was lukewarm. I definitely did of expect that at a Hilton location especially after driving SIX HOURS to get there.

Too hard a bed, two soft pillows, but an excellent staff and very good breakfast that saved the day!
Pros:

The staff was excellent. They were professional, personable and always willing to assist in whatever asked. The breakfast was much more and better than expected.

Cons:

Ok, first, I had hoped for a pillow-top bed. What we got was a hard bed with a bunched up mattress pad. I've slept on firm beds before but that one was downright hard. The pillows - whoever chose those should be made to sleep on them forever. I realized why there were two as they were so soft you needed two to make one. The best suggestion I can make about the bed and pillows. Have who bought them sleep on them for a week or two and if they can still walk upright, the bed and pillows might be alright. Oh, the sofa pull out. You require the guest to make it! Wow. And open the tissue boxes. If your margin of profit is that small, give it up. You're the Hilton for Gods sake. Not Motel Six or the Red Roof Inn. I pay a premium, I expect better. Over the years I've stayed here a few times and this time was not good. If not for the excellent staff and breakfast it would have been a total bust.

Would have given the place an A+++ if the shower were even adequate.
Pros:

People were great. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was generously sized.

Cons:

The shower pressure/flow was pitiful. I'm certain that not only was the flow below expectations, but it was well below code as well.
