I was there to celebrate my birthday, had some girlfriends to join my for Happy hour, the staff was extremely accommodating they even provided me with champagne toast.The entire staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed myself. Thanks!!

Beautiful hotel with a great staff!
Pros:

The receptionist Blessing was very welcoming & friendly. The entire staff were very nice and helpful. Enjoyed the omelettes & the happy hour drinks. Would like if Turkey sausage or bacon could be added to the breakfast buffet. Otherwise my stay was Great will definitely return.

It was OK, pretty overpriced, needs some updating, and I was cold for most of my stay.
Pros:

It seemed to be pretty clean.

Cons:

There were always long weights at the front desk. You could see grapes on the doors, door frames, and even dings in the elevator doors. For the price that we pay, the building looked worn. It was also cold, despite having turned the heat up.

I liked from time I walked in greeted with smile . Front desk clerk was amazing . It was my birthday plans got derailed due to weather. I plan do something I booked room and clerk tool care of me. It was best birthday just showed so much love and kindness . Dinner buffet was good most favorite is Breakfast buffet it reminded me when I stayed at hotel before Covid. I plan to book more dates. I stayed New Yea= Eve. I tried book room you all sold out. For New Years Eve 2026....

Cons:

Dinner Buffet needs up grade . It need meat not just fruit and cheese and snacks. Food what keeps me I the hotel.
