Great place to rest while exploring Shanghai
Pros:

very safe, very quiet, very clean and very comfortable; on sixth floor; staff at desk was patient and helpful; we could see the crown on the Bund tower lit up when lying on bed; towels were large and soft; lamps on each side of bed; small reading lights on each side of bed; bottled water was available on our floor near the elevators - self serve; liquid body soap, shampoo, conditioner provided; hot water in shower and good water pressure; when we asked about A/C we were offered a fan - it was brought quickly our room; wooden floors; elevators were available and efficient; easy to walk to Metro and places to eat

Cons:

A/C is only set for heat not cooling so room was too hot for us during the night; lacks local Chinese touches in room: no local textiles and art

Большой, чистый, просторный номер. Кровать большая, комфортная. Туалет с омыванием и сушкой - супер! Отличное местоположение, рядом с торговой улицей. Хорошая уборка, девушка которая убирала 4 этаж - очень приятная!
Единственное не поняла как работает обогрев комнаты, так и не получилось - дул холодный воздух.

Cons:

Не хватало выпечки на завтрак, вариаций фруктов и блюд с говядиной. Также если приходили на завтрак к 8.30-09.00 то почему то не докладывались продукты (ну или очень мало докладывали). К этому времени оставалось мало салата и фруктов.

El desayuno es bueno y completo

Cons:

El personal del hotel no es amable, solo hacen su trabajo. La habitación tiene mala ventilación y nos llegaba el olor a cigarrillo cómo si estuvieran fumando dentro de la habitación, no tiene aire acondicionado en las fechas que fuimos porque al ser tan viejo solo puede calentar o enfriar y en esta época caliente entonces pasamos calor. La ubicación es muy buena pero es un hotel viejo

Staff are very helpful, property is clean, huge rooms!

Cons:

It’s located in between the Bund and Nanjing Road but there’s not much on the walk. Can be quite hard to navigate for foreigners who don’t know how to take a didi or is bad at directions
