La struttura é proprio dietro al Bund, è un palazzo storico di Shanghai, un po datate le camere ma sempre pulite e con il cambio biancheria giornaliero. Le camere sono grandi e anche il bagno è immenso. Lo staff è gentile ma sta molto in disparte. Ci sono tutti i servizi di un hotel a 4 stelle. Quello che colpisce è la vicinanza a molti punti di interesse. Lo consiglio

จึงขอเปลี่ยนมาอยู่ใกล้กัน ชั้นเดียวกัน พนักงานพยายามหาห้องให้ตามที่ขอ สุดท้ายได้3ห้องพักไม่ติดกันเลย แต่ชั้นเดียวกัน พอเข้าพักพบว่าได้ห้องพักที่แตกต่างกันทั้ง3ห้อง ทั้งที่จ่ายราคาเดียวกันทั้ง3ห้อง

พนักงานควรจัดสรรห้องให้ตามคำขอ สงสัยว่าทำไมถึงได้ห้องที่แตกต่างกัน คือ ห้องเล็ก กลาง ใหญ่ (เมื่อเข้าพักพบว่า 1 ห้อง ร้อนกว่าทุกห้อง เปิดแอร์อุณหภูมิต่ำถึง15องศา ก็ไม่เย็นเลยเพราะเหมือนถูกตั้งauto มีแต่Heater สอบถามพนง.ๆรับทราบ มีช่างมาดู สื่อสารไม่รู้เรื่อง คิดว่าจะจัดการแก้ไขให้เพราะตื่นเช้าขึ้นมามีแต่เหงื่อ ไม่ต้องใช้ผ้าห่มเลย แต่ก็เหมือนเดิม สุดท้ายทนพักห้องเดิม4คืนตั้งแต่วันแรกถึงวันสุดท้าย โดยใช้วิธีเปิดหน้าต่างเพราะไม่อยากเก็บข้าวของ และ ถ้าย้ายห้องก็จะได้คนละชั้นกับครอบครัว

Fantastic location, great rooms, great base to explore Shanghai.
Pros:

The position was great as we could walk everywhere. Also our rooms were incredible with great beds and mattresses.

Cons:

The only thing that was missing was room service. As an elderly western, I didn’t always want to eat out in the eves.
