Hotel con un’ottima posizione rispetto al centro, un po’ datato nell’arredamento, camere abbastanza spaziose, colazione ottima anche per noi europei

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa potrei dire che per essere una struttura a 5 stelle non ha il servizio in camera. abbiamo chiesto la colazione ad un orario diverso da quello di inizio e non avendo appunto il sevizio in camera non ce l’hanno fatta avere.

Spacious, quiet room near the Bund — but Wi-Fi only worked with VPN off
Pros:

The room was big, quiet and comfortable, and the location was excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Bund. Very convenient for exploring Shanghai.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had massive issues with the hotel Wi-Fi. It only worked with ExpressVPN turned off, which wasn’t great for keeping your data secure while traveling.

Good hotel but the staff doesn’t make you feel welcomed.
Pros:

Quiet location yet central.
My room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t kind and when i asked for help with the wifi -which didn’t work- they treated me rudely.

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner est excellent

Cons:

L’entrée de l’hôtel est très compliqué car l’accès se fait par les escaliers, et cela peut être difficile avec de grosses valises. L’hôtel n’est pas aussi classe que sur les photos

El hotel muy bien salvo el problema de que no tenían una habitación y me hicieron pagar un extra.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de The Bund y de la calle principal, habitaciones grandes modernas, limpieza, el hotel muy bien la verdad.

Cons:

Teníamos un precio por booking, al llegar me dijeron que no tenían una de las dos habitaciones reservadas, que podían darme otra con mejores vistas pero nos hicieron pagar un extra cuando fue culpa de ellos, por eso les doy sólo un 5 y he puesto una reclamación.
