Seher unsauber? Alleine durch die Fluren hat man nach Drogen gerochen? Und Seher Seher Trecking ich glaube da wurde seit Jahrzehnten nicht sauber gemacht? Sowas müsste man verboten zu vermieten?

The whole place was full of crackheads, cockroaches and didn't feel safe there at all, on top of that the management never responded to my email about a refund.

Cons:

Dirty floor, stains on the walls, dirty windows and dirty curtains. TV did not work, cucumber found behind TV.
At 2:00 a woman came into the room with another key, our door was locked

Pros:

Disgusting area, full of dirty, litter, druggies and prostitutes. The staff had average customer service skills, but the building is dirty, full of needles and blood, and the morning after the streets are trashy and so unsafe. Luckily its close to the town centre and historic square by walk but don't travel on your own. Defintely will be checking on google maps more thoroughly next time whne booking hotels.

Die Lage des Hotels war uns vorher klar. Aber der Zustand des ganzen Hotels ist unterirdisch schlecht. Zudem ist es ein Stundenhotel wo die drogenabhängigen, Prostituierten und Dealer ein und ausgehen. Blut an den Betten und dem Boden. Das Inventar war durchweg dreckig, kaputt und mit Brandstellen von Zigaretten. Das Zimmer stinkt nach Zigaretten Qualm. Stornierung war natürlich nicht mehr möglich. Telefonisch wollte der Chef nicht mit uns sprechen. Der Angestellte war wirklich nett und hat so gut es ging geholfen. Da wir so einen Aufstand gemacht haben würde das Zimmer für uns gereinigt und am nächsten Tag bekamen wir "besseres" Zimmer. Das war zwar auch nicht gut aber wenigstens nicht komplett abgerockt wie das erste. Man kann Nachts und Morgens kaum schlafen weil es so unglaublich laut ist. Ich kann niemandem empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen.
Absolut nie wieder!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah am Bahnhof. Allerdings befindet es sich im Rotlichtmilieu, was für manche Gäste störend sein könnte. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht wirklich schalldicht. Ich schlafe tief, daher war es für mich in Ordnung. Wer es sehr ruhig braucht, sollte sich das Hotel jedoch zweimal überlegen.

Couple of year ago we stayed
In Frankfurt with booking.com. It was okay.
This time we travelled via train through Frankfurt, I booked the hotel 5 minutes from the station. It was absolutely horrendous experience with my teen. We arrive 9:30 pm. It was in the middle of the red light district. Drug addicts, group of twenty people were everywhere on the street. The hotel is next to a brothel.
When we arrive to the hotel gate and we were awaiting for the receptionist to open the gate a drug user jump behind me and wanted to enter in to yard with us. Or good know what he wanted to do with us. And old gentlemen appeared and stop the guy. The hotel was old and dirty, burned curtains, damp room, broken water pipe. It was not safe to leave hotel for dinner. We left early, some one was drug in the yard at 7am.
The receptionist reaction was all German train stations are the same. I have no trust in booking.com, this place should not be advertised in any circumstances.
