Muy cómodo, buena limpieza, muy amables, ubicación excelente

Cons:

Tuve un problema posterior porque hicieron la retención inicial del gasto y al hacer el checkout me lo cobraron de nuevo, por lo que tuve bloqueada mi tarjeta durante 3 semanas

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Breakfast was a real highlight—there was a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and everything was well organised. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

I would also like to share one piece of constructive feedback for improvement. The revolving chair in the room has an extended base that points outward. Unfortunately, while moving the chair, it hit my foot quite badly. For safety reasons, it would be helpful if the extended base could be covered with foam or any other soft material. This would help prevent potential injuries and could benefit other guests as well.

Very disappointing experience.

After my stay, I noticed several serious billing issues. Breakfasts were charged even though I never consumed any, and additional charges were processed after my departure without my consent.

The total amount debited from my account is almost double what I should have paid. This is completely unacceptable.

I have contacted the hotel and am currently waiting for a resolution, but this kind of practice raises serious concerns about transparency and trust.

Be very careful and always double-check your invoice and bank statements after your stay.

Clean hotel. Near shopping mall and beach. Taxi stop next to hotel.

The food was not up to the standard of the upgrade I was proposed especially happy hour snacks and breakfast. I accepted to pay the upgrade as I was told that the food was very expensive otherwise so I expected something amazing but it was mediocre
