Estancia excelente
Pros:

Situación inmejorable, justo enfrente de Cala Galdana. La ubicación nos ha venido perfecta para desplazarnos a los diferentes puntos que queríamos visitar de la isla.

La habitación era muy cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

El desayuno, muy bueno y variado, con opciones para todos los gustos.

El personal ha sido especialmente atento y amable. Se percibe un muy buen ambiente de trabajo, algo que sin duda se transmite al cliente.

Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable.

Pros:

Hôtel vraiment exceptionnel ! Emplacement à côté des magnifiques plages de macarella et mitjana.
Personnel aimable , à l’écoute et souriant . Toujours disponible .
Petit déjeuner buffet frais et très copieux .

Emplacement idéal !
Personnel très agréable et professionnel ( certains parlent un peu français)
Chambre propre, a la hauteur de la réservation, pas de mauvaise surprise.
Buffet varié et bon et change tous les jours.
Rien a redire et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Highly recommended
Pros:

This is beautifully located, and the pool areas are simply stunning. The decor is minimal and modern and very in keeping with the island aesthetic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Cons:

The room was small. Whilst a fabulous view of I was there for any longer than 1 night I’d have felt like myself and my partner were a bit on top of each other. The pool bar also closes at 6:30 - just at the time the sun sets behind the bar so would be the PERFECT place to sit with a sundowner.

Pros:

Very grateful for wonderful stay here at this vital hotel. All the staff (Alex & Oscar in reception, Bieto in Restaurant and Amber & Llouis in Gym) were more than generous with their time and help, making solo guest feel so at home. All staff superb, attentive to detail note worthy The chefs and food servers in the restaurants and kitchen incredible - quality of fresh food and drink just amazing. Wonderful location for swimming, hiking scuba and cycling. Adjacent to Cala Galanda beach where children play in clear water & fish swim. Local bars and shops all very friendly and supportive. I look forward hopefully to return again soon. Most importantly Menorca is bio protective sphere with the intention of protecting of fish, plants and all living beings including Menorca horses & animals - finding new ways that we as humans can live and thrive collectively together without cruelty & destruction. It's superb & exciting that Menorca community to move forward with success with this intention - visitors are aware of this nature immersion and protection as role model for other islands and nations in Europe and the world. Well done to this hotel for enabling visitors have incredible experience where they not just observe but actually taste that rehabilitative energy source.
