they didn't have many gluten free options at the restaurants, though it was nice they labeled stuff with gluten. they weren't thoughtful about having options for celiacs.
Les repas sont délicieux et variés, il y a beaucoup de choix aux buffets.

Fontaine pour remplir son eau disponible au 3 et 6 eme étage. Pratique en plus d'être écologique
MAIS ce n'est pas fabuluex comme indiqué point Négatifs :
SPA/MASSAGE
Dommage de payer un double massage the 80 mn et de ne pas avoir le droit de bénéficier de l'accès au SPA entier pendant 1 heure.
Durée du massage et masseuse : l'une d'entre elle était ultra speed. Je souligne que le massage fut bien fait mais il n' y avait pas une seconde à perdre et le massage n'a pas duré le temps facturé. Vous venez à 16:15 pour un massage prévu à 16:30, vous remplissez le formulaire, vous descendez au sous sol pour rejoindre votre cabine. Par chance nous n'allez pas aux toilettes (5 min de + nécessaire sinon). Vous vous désabillez et vous vous installé. A 17:34 vous êtes déjà debout pour vous re-habiller.Ce n'est pas normal. Je passe sur le temps de repos après qui est expédié. On vous donne un gobelet vide a toute allure et le temps de dire ouf la masseuse est déjà repartie. Pour un moment de relaxation ça perturbe fortement.
A mon avis on ne leur laisse pas le temps de souffler entre 2 clients en prenant les rendez-vous les uns à la suite des autres sans leur donner 10 a 15 mn pour accueillir ,nettoyer et préparer la salle, et clôturer ensuite par une phase de détente client.
Petit Déjeuner :
Il est correct/bien mais pourrait être excellent. Si on se veut être un endroit fabuleux le petit déjeuner ne doit pas juste être bien, il se doit d'être fabuleux. De l'hôtel où nous étions juste avant (Barcelone) le petit dej était exceptionnel : Jus de fruits frais pressés, Pancake faits sur mesure à tomber par terre avec fruits rouges chantilly. Idem pour le MUESLI très haut de gamme. Charcuterie et fromage très haut de gamme également.
De manière générale l'eau plate devait être gratuite, y compris à table.

No such a thing
Loved the location!!! Cala Galdana is stunning and the easy access to the beach was great. The pool area was stunning, quite a lot of loungers although it was busy in the afternoon, and the pool bar was really nice - lovely menu and our favourite croquettes.
Breakfast buffet was lovely - eggs made to order. Everything you could want.
Nothing - we only eat in the pool bar so can’t comment on the restaurants.
Proximidade da praia
Não existir um espaço onde fosse permitido fumar obrigando os hóspedes a estarem na rua sempre que queriam fumar, o valet parking só funcionava até às 22h e o facto dos melhores restaurantes não estarem perto do hotel obrigava a sair de carro para outras zonas da ilha, não sendo possível depois das 22h recorrer ao serviço.
The view from the hotel to the bay, the hotel is just across the road from the beach, and you can hire canoes padel boards and kids floating slides. Breakfast and dinner outside, the choice of food and quality was very good. The two hotel pools were kept very clean with lifeguard at peak times. Your can get a fixed "umbrella" on the beach for 24 euros a day.
The parking near the hotel in August was busy to get a space nearby.
