L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel
J’aurais apprécié un peu plus de diversité au buffet petit déjeuner
"Foi uma experiência fantástica, muito graças à equipa fantástica do hotel. A sua atenção ao detalhe é incrível, antecipando e resolvendo tudo com profissionalismo. Um agradecimento especial à Sofia, a nossa "guia" de Guimarães, que logo no dia da chegada nos preparou um roteiro inesquecível para visitar a ilha, e ao Gonçalo, pela sua prontidão inigualável no restaurante. Não podemos esquecer o Santi e a Beta, cuja amabilidade e carinho nos fizeram sentir em família. O ambiente é super acolhedor, disponível e propício a interações agradáveis entre hóspedes."
O que mudaria, seria o espaçamento entre as mesas no restaurante. Não se passa sem incomodar os vizinhos
Il est très bien placé dans Cala Galdana, à proximité des plages. Sa piscine est magnifique avec la vue sur la baie. Les personnels est extrêmement gentil. Les 2 bars et les restaurants sont très bons.
Surtout l'amabilité du personnel.

C'est dommage que le deuxième restaurant (à la carte) n'était pas encore ouvert. Mais c'était le début de la saison....

Emplacement idéal à proximité de sentiers de randonnée et de la plage.
Le service au top, une vraie équipe à notre disposition. La localisation au bord de la plage et sur le.sentier côtier. Le spa très relaxant. Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le.diner avec un buffet incroyable et une équipe très attentive!
