الغرف نظيفة و الإطلالة رائعة لقد مكثنا ليلتين كل يوم يأتي الموظفون لتنظيف الغرف و المفارش مريحة جدا و الموظفون ودودون جدا . الطعام لذيذ و شهي و يرضي جميع الأذواق

Nie wieder!
Cons:

Kommunikation war katastrophal. Bestpreisgarantie war Fake, da zur selben Zeit drei günstigere Preise offeriert wurden, jedoch weigerte sich Bellevue Club, darauf einzugehen.
Servicepersonal war zu jeder Zeit unhöflich und überfordert.
Erst 17:00 Uhr konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen.
Die Lage war mehr als 1km entfernt von der Rezeption und keine Hilfe bzw. Service für Gepäcktransport.
Frühstück war minimal und sehr unhygienisch.
Bis zum Strand sind es mehr als 2km zu laufen.

Zeitweilig mussten wir 2 ½ Stunden auf einen überfüllten Bus warten. Ein Taxi gab mit 3 Stunden Wartezeit. Bis zur Altstadt Alcudia verlangten Taxi- oder Uberfahrer ganze 280.-€ (5km)

Sind 2 Tage früher abgereist.

Je n’ai pas passez un bon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

La localisation et un des personnels qui s’appellent Stani

Cons:

- La propreté , beaucoup de poussières sur la table de nuit et sur les draps . Nous avons demandé un jour de refaire la chambre mais c’était presque pareil.
- Personnel : j’ai eu l’impression de déranger quand je demandais quelque- chose

Erwartung ganz erfüllt. Die Lage ist einfach top, nur 30m zum Strand und nur 15min zur Stadt.
Pros:

Hotel und Zimmer top, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Zimmer mit Meerblick, einfach traumhaft. Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Abendbuffet gut und günstig. Wie das eigene Haus am Meer.
