Please note that the Le Paillon restaurant opens from 15 October until 15 May.The restaurant is closed from the 16 of may to the 14 of October. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday afternoon. Breakfast is served all year long.

The evening catering service will be interrupted from May 04 to October 31.

We would also like to inform our clients that when they choose the rate with breakfast, the cleaning service is done daily. If they choose the rate with accommodations only, it is then a rate in residence formula with a cleaning service every 4 daysPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nous avons oublié nos serviettes et nos maillots de bain sur l'etendeur. Je pense que le personnel aurait pu nous rappeler surtout que nous sommes allés visiter le jardin botanique en partant de l'hôtel.

Perfect stay !!
Pros:

Great setting and rooms very nice even if a little dark but you have the great patio so who’s stays in the room.
Perfectly located for the beach which is literally 5 mins walk and a further 5 min drive to Desailes .

All staff very helpful.

La piscine était très bien.

Cons:

La terrasse de notre petite chambre , la 3 était très petite et les transats très inconfortables ainsi que la table et les chaises en bois. On s’accrochait toujours les jambes dans les pattes de la table. Besoin de changer l’ameublement extérieur.

Nice stay in a clean apartment in a green area
Pros:

Nice common area with a lot of plants and clean facilities. Great location, walking distance from Grande Anse.
Good Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Bar always closed in the evening and the restaurant is only open 2 evenings per week.
Strict rules about dress code outside the swimming pool area and no drinks allowed in the swimming pool area.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt in einer Gartenanlage mit Blumen, Bäumen, Palmen, Hühnern, Vögeln und Kolibris. Der Strand ist zu Fuß bequem erreichbar (10min Laufweg). Der Pool ist sauber, gepflegt, groß genug zum spielen und schwimmen, es sind ausreichend Sonnenliegen und auch Sonnen- sowie Regenschutz vorhanden und wurde von unserem Sohn geliebt. Bade- bzw. Strandhandtücher werden einem zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Es gab eine riesige Terasse mit schönem Ausblick. Die Betten sind bequem und Bad sowie Toilette waren ebenfalls in sehr gutem bis gutem Zustand. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend, allerdings wie überall in einem entsprechenden Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfbereit und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind aureichend vorhanden.

Cons:

Es fehlt für längere Aufenthalte an Stauraum in Form von Schränken, Kommoden, Ablagen, etc. Lichtstimmung im Zimmer und auf der Terasse sind verbesserungswürdig. In der Karibik ist sehr helles bis hin zu sehr grellem Licht scheinbar beliebt. Wir mussten uns mit Kerzen aus dem Supermarkt aushelfen, um etwas Atmosphäre in unsere Aufenthaltsräume zu bekommen. Die Spülmaschine hat leider nie den Tab aufgelöst, so dass wir das Geschirr nachspülen mussten. Es fehlt ein Toaster, dafür ist ein Sandwicheisen vorhanden. In der Dusche stand nach dem Duschen immer Wasser in einer Pfütze (Ablauf falsch konstruiert).

Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage und freundliches Personal.
Super Blick vom Balkon.
Das Appartement ist ausreichend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr lecker und ausreichend, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Zu Fuß ist man in zehn Minuten am schönsten Strand von Guadeloupe.

Cons:

Ab und zu kann man den Verkehr der nahegelegenen Straße hören, nachts ist es aber ruhig.

Un lieu reposant au sein d’un jardin verdoyant
Pros:

La situation géographique à deux pas d’une plage magnifique. La chambre est bien équipée et très confortable, la terrasse est un vrai plus Sachant qu’elle donne sur un magnifique jardin. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Pros:

La camera vista mare ci ha fatto vivere in un sogno per 1 settimana. Ottimo l'angolo cottura, molto comodo avendo una bimba di 2 anni. Terrazza grande.

Cons:

La spesa per notte crea aspettative alte. La pulizia e il cambio asciugamani avviene ogni 4 giorni. Nota negativa per un 4 stelle. Pensare poi di dover provvedere a buttare l'immondizia non è stato bello.

Whilst accommodation and garden setting very charming stay spoilt by a number of issues
Pros:

My family studio was clean, functional, delightful terrace with kitchen and views over tropical garden.
Would also like to mention my taxi driver to airport, Lionel who was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Greater emphasis should be made on access to property. My taxi driver from Le Gosier (we'd taken the southern route via Basse-Terre so we were tired by then) was fortunately able to help me with luggage up all those steps to Reception. Hotel should suggest guests call reception prior to arrival to obtain code to have gate opened. I saw many guests struggle with luggage.

Hotel is on main road - you can hear traffic day and night which is disappointing.

It is hilly - apart from carrying luggage this wasn't an issue for me but perhaps this should be emphasised more.

Service at Reception was very patchy, either close to being rude or absolutely charming with the delightful man from Guadeloupe.

Restaurant service also exceedingly slow - at least my cocktail arrived reasonably quickly, water didn't arrive until my main course! Also had I not asked about opening days I'm not sure I would have been made aware that restaurant is closed Mondays & Tuesdays - sign needed.
