You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

In case of traveling with children, please inform the property of their ages and indicate if they will have breakfast.

Please note that the Le Paillon restaurant opens from 15 October until 15 May.The restaurant is closed from the 16 of may to the 14 of October. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday afternoon. Breakfast is served all year long.

The evening catering service will be interrupted from May 04 to October 31.

We would also like to inform our clients that when they choose the rate with breakfast, the cleaning service is done daily. If they choose the rate with accommodations only, it is then a rate in residence formula with a cleaning service every 4 daysPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Beautifully Set Resort in the Lush Hillside
Pros:

Fantastic location to the part of Guadeloupe with lush rainforests, mountains, and key world-class coastal sites for snorkeling and/or scuba diving. The property was beautifully set on a slight hill, which allowed for most rooms to have a nice view of the surrounding palm trees and hills. The town of Deshaies is also quite close with many wonderful seaside restaurants (best to book in advance). We rented a vehicle from the airport to reach the resort (suggest to be a reasonably confident driver due to the coastal drive having many turns and hills). Staff was quite accommodating and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing major at all. Perhaps if one had moderate to severe walking issues, it would be best to either book a room much lower to the front entrance due to the hilly terrain, or look into something flatter as an alternative. The Wi-Fi was not great - not that I personally have the need to be connected at all times, but that travelling nowadays requires so much internet for booking tours, vehicles, updates on flights, etc. Positioning closer to the lobby worked better, and at hours outside of the mornings/evenings for such tasks.

Leuk hotel op prima lokatie met erg leuk strand. Goed restaurant bij het hotel. Aan het strand tot 18:00 uur foodtrucks

De prachtige toon, goed restaurant, het zwembad en het personeel.

Cons:

Ik vond de kamer in verhouding tot de prijs niet kloppen. De kamer was heel sober, maar wel netjes en schoon. Het ontbijt was redelijk. Er was wanneer je later aanschoof veel niet bijgevuld dus oogde leeg. Werd overigens wel op verzoek aangevuld.

Nice hotel close to the best beach of Guadeloupe!
Pros:

The location is very nice. If you cross the road and take the small path to the beach, it takes a few minutes to get there.
This is really the nicest beach we have seen on Guadeloupe.
The pool is nicely located with good sunbeds.
We had diner once at the hotel and this was also very good!

Cons:

We had to ask for new towels.

L'emplacement au calme et dans un joli jardin.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner n'est pas à la hauteur. La "cuve" de café ☕️ américain, pas à mon goût. Les choix sont limités et les viennoiseries surgelées peu appétissantes. Dommage.

Expérience très réussie. Tout était parfait.
Pros:

Accueil, site merveilleux, côté pratique des logements équipés d’une petite cuisine extérieures, amabilité du personnel, restaurant excellent. Localisation idéale à proximité de Deshaies.

Agréable séjour
Pros:

Séjour agréable, les chambres sont spacieuse et propres et la vue est très belle.

Cons:

Le café n’est pas fourni, il faut acheter du café et des filtres.
A noter aussi que la formule sans petit déjeuner implique qu’il n y a pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes (nous y étions pour 4 nuits).
