You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply.

In case of traveling with children, please inform the property of their ages and indicate if they will have breakfast.

Please note that the Le Paillon restaurant opens from 15 October until 15 May.The restaurant is closed from the 16 of may to the 14 of October. The restaurant is closed on Wednesday afternoon. Breakfast is served all year long.

The evening catering service will be interrupted from May 04 to October 31.

We would also like to inform our clients that when they choose the rate with breakfast, the cleaning service is done daily. If they choose the rate with accommodations only, it is then a rate in residence formula with a cleaning service every 4 daysPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Whilst accommodation and garden setting very charming stay spoilt by a number of issues
Pros:

My family studio was clean, functional, delightful terrace with kitchen and views over tropical garden.
Would also like to mention my taxi driver to airport, Lionel who was incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Greater emphasis should be made on access to property. My taxi driver from Le Gosier (we'd taken the southern route via Basse-Terre so we were tired by then) was fortunately able to help me with luggage up all those steps to Reception. Hotel should suggest guests call reception prior to arrival to obtain code to have gate opened. I saw many guests struggle with luggage.

Hotel is on main road - you can hear traffic day and night which is disappointing.

It is hilly - apart from carrying luggage this wasn't an issue for me but perhaps this should be emphasised more.

Service at Reception was very patchy, either close to being rude or absolutely charming with the delightful man from Guadeloupe.

Restaurant service also exceedingly slow - at least my cocktail arrived reasonably quickly, water didn't arrive until my main course! Also had I not asked about opening days I'm not sure I would have been made aware that restaurant is closed Mondays & Tuesdays - sign needed.

Agréable séjour dans un endroit verdoyant.

Good location. Nice rooms. Avoid extras like breakfast.

Breakfast poor value for money. Often cold, poor selection. Car parks filled up in the evening. Complex ‘formula’ for room cleaning etc.

Pleasant staff but the place could be much better.

Location and view are great

Cons:

The odors around the resort are very unpleasant and unpredictable. There was a sewer drain next to our balcony. It could have been that or something else. Breakfast is not up to standards for the price range. You show up an hour before end of service and it’s already limited, cold eggs and pastries. Coffee constantly running low, every day. I cannot recommend the place to friends for these reasons.

Très bien
Pros:

La chambre  est très confortable, bien équipée , et très propre.

Le grand lit est très confortable.

La climatisation est silencieuse.

Nous avions un bassin privé, très propre et le system de nettoyage fonctionne bien.

Les alentours sont egalements très propres.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien situé au calme et pas trop loin de différentes belles plages.

Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la route car nous étions tout en haut du complexe.

Comme nous n'avons pas pris les petit degeuner, la chambre à été nettoyé une fois sur les 5 jours, suffisant pour nous.

Les linges de plages nous ont été mis à disposition.

Le personnel de l'aqueil est sympatique.

Pros:

L emplacement, l accueil et l amabilité du personnel aux petits soins
Le restaurant et le petit dej étaient excellents
À refaire …

Cons:

Un tout petit bémol pour le petit dej où il manque un grille pain éventuellement et un chauffe plat pour les mets chauds comme les œufs brouillés et les saucisses qui sont froids 1 h après !!

Horrendous
Cons:

Our room stench was nauseating, sleeping on top of sewer. After being assured we will get a full refund we left after 2 days. Fighting for a refund hotel and booking.com not communicating blaming each other

Cons:

Dåligt att restaurangen var stängd två kvällar i veckan då det inte finns vettiga alternativ i närheten. Problem att ta sig till och från Deshaies då vi inte hade hyrbil och det inte fungerade så bra med taxi

La localisation avec la possibilité d'aller à la plage de Grande Anse à pied et de rayonner sur toutes les autres en voiture.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Le restaurant est cher mais très bon.
