Unpleasant, and scary full of regrets
Pros:

No breakfast provided

Cons:

A lady staff was rude, made a racist comment about me due to my accent. All behin because I asked for towel. Unknown to me that they only provide it at a certain time. She resulted to threatening to put me and my son.our, threatens to call the police . She came to my room several times to harass me. The incident was reported to booking.com.
Waiting on my refund.

Would stay again
Pros:

It was nice, the staff was friendly, I liked that it had a full kitchen that I could cook in

Cons:

The walls were a little thin, I could hear the people on the other side of the wall, and they were very loud until very early in the morning. The bed was also not very comfortable but other than that, the stay was great.

Not the best but price was great.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was friendly. Security was good.

Cons:

There were burn holes in the countertops and sheets in our room. There was a hole in our bathroom door like someone punched the door. The beds were not good quality and no extra pillows anywhere. We arrived after hours so I didn’t want to bother anyone again just for pillows. There were also stains on the sheets that I’m not sure what it was.

No breakfast
Pros:

At 10:45pm they already closed office. That’s NOT normal situation. Online they asked me what time will I check in? I answered between 10-11 pm but they closed. I was so stuck then I find bus card then called Lady opened office. Whew I got a room Wow James
