Nice classic big brand hotel in a sometimes gritty not so friendly city

Cons:

Location is so central that it makes it always a taxi or long walk to the cool
Bits of city, also expensive compared to rest of Berlin options

Pros:

Only breakfast

Cons:

Staff attitude was bad.
There was a fire alarm at 3 in the morning. There was no help from staff.
Corridors were stinking.
Lot of smokers and vague people siting at the entrance.

Pros:

来欧洲大半年住的3次酒店里，这家早餐最为丰盛，有很多的水果，以及一些照顾亚洲人胃口的白粥和汤。如果再次入住的话会再次预定早餐。前台的小姑娘非常热情而且主动为我升级了房间，很赞。在住宿过程以及退房后遇到一丢丢小问题，但是万豪团队响应迅速，很快就解决了问题。

Couldn’t sleep well.

Nice staff

Cons:

We had a fire alarm at 3am. No one in the hotel was giving instructions. The lack of preparation and support to the customer was a deep concern. A employee of the hotel should have been advising and helping people outside. The rooms are comfortable but everything is old.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Hotel ist insgesamt groß bzw. weitläufig. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war renoviert, modern, hat uns vom Design aber nicht vollends gefallen.

Tive problemas com o pagamento. Eu já havia pago pelo Booking e me cobraram novamente alegando que não haviam recebido. Paguei novamente. Qdo viram que estava em duplicidade não corrigiram. Estou ate hoje esperando e brigando
