Great location and comfort for the price you pay.
Pros:

Location was TERRIFIC. You're right above a conbini and seconds away from so many food options. Breakfast was great! I wish they would have kept the dishes more well stocked consistently. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait for random items but it wasn't that long so not a major issue. The staff was really courteous.

Cons:

My shower had a tiny bit of mold that I hope can be addressed. Otherwise it felt pretty clean throughout the room.

Pros:

Номер был небольшим, но стандартным для Японии. Нам достался номер на 9-м этаже, поэтому вид на город был изумительным. Возле ресепшена стоит бесплатная кофе-машина и кулер для воды! Один раз заказала завтрак за примерно 1600 иен с человека. Завтрак на том же этаже, где и ресепшен, в формате шведского стола был вкусным. В остальные дни завтракала в кофейнях недалеко от отеля. Сам отель находится в 5 минутах пешком от станции 三軒茶屋駅, что очень удобно!

Cons:

Чтобы попасть в отель, нужно преодолеть довольно высокую лестницу. Пожилым людям, инвалидам, беременным женщинам может быть тяжело. Если постоялец молодой и бодрый - проблем не должно быть.
Честно говоря, проживание обошлось дорого. Было бы хорошо, если бы цена была дешевле. Но мне кажется, этот отель специально завышает цену, так как кроме него других вариантов в районе 三軒茶屋駅 нет... Очень жаль.

Pros:

Excellent location with quick access to all lines for traveling within Tokyo and beyond.
Loads of great restaurants, bars etc around the area of the hotel. Plenty of shops around if you are into vintage clothing etc.
