Great place to stay
Pros:

Free shuttle bus every 30 mins from just outside the airport. It says 1st floor but I would call it on the ground at Terminal 2. Bus stop 26. So efficient and we took a shuttle bus to the train station the next day. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of Japanese choices and traditional western food. Conga eel and rice for example!! Great coffee.
2 lage King single beds. Super comfy. Good room to move for a standard room. Bath in bathroom. Really helpful English speaking staff. Out of the city but we knew that. Great stopover for us after our arrival to Japan. Water top up stations. 7/11 in foyer with a microwave to heat up our food. We will come again. Thank you.

Cons:

Spa was out of action. Otherwise this was an amazing place.🙏

Pros:

Close to the airport with shuttle included.
We left some items in the room, the clerk was quick to respond very helpful and got the issue resolved immediately. It was excellent service!

目が覚めたら9:45。評判の朝御飯は9時半から片付けに入ってましたが、スタッフ皆さんが飲み物や御飯を取るのを手伝ってくれて何とか食事できました☺️閉店ギリギリだったのに、本当にありがとうございました🙇‍♀️💦また、外国人スタッフが多いですが、日本人スタッフがマナー面を教えてあげていたのはとてもいいと思いました。

ロビー以外に寛げるスペースがあり、ゆったり緑が楽しめました。評判通りです🥰

Check in was fast an easy room was comfortable happy with the hotel

Nice place near airport for a quiet rest. Decent for a quick stay
Pros:

Close by airport, near to narita tourist attractions, affordable with US dollar. Breakfast was decent and it had 711 and bus to go to tourist sites and airport.

Cons:

Some of the room was outdated and dusty.
