Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Distance from Tokyo was something we underestimated, so there was a lot of time wasted commuting back and forth.
I really liked the hotel. I chose it solely because of its closeness to the airport and the shuttle service. We arrived from Tokyo by train and, for some reason, decided we wouldn’t be able to find the shuttle at the station and would walk instead. It was quite a long walk. But when we got to the hotel, we saw that the shuttle was a huge bus—one you’d be unlikely to miss at the station.
We had a room for three people - it was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room.
There’s a shop on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for a quick dinner.
We really liked the hotel. It exceeded our expectations.
In the morning, we had no trouble getting to the airport on the free shuttle, which runs exactly on schedule.

The buffet restaurant was terrible. The foodwas cold and looked like ithad not been refreshed. With no other restairants close by you are obliged to use the hotel facilities
