We liked the Starbucks being on property, and the rooms were beautiful.

Cons:

We did not like that our balcony was not private. We also did not like that even though the pool hours were 9am-11pm staff would close the pool about 20 minutes early every night. This means the access back from the beach would be locked 20 minutes early. We made it back to the gate at 10:40 and they were locking it. Seconds later we would have had a very very long walk back. Also we didn’t like that music is only played on the pool deck one day a week for a short time. The music was not great. Every song was overlayed with Jamaican: tropical soundtracks. The first two nights we didn’t get much sleep because people were blasting music, and running down the halls screaming.

We had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year.
Pros:

The pools and the beach were great, my kids loved it. Also loved the icee place and the tiki bar. Rooms were nice as well.

Cons:

It was a little dirty and I think the tiki bar needed to be open longer. 6pm in the summer is not long enough.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor and easy access to the pools and beach.

Cons:

It was hot in the Condo, but Maintenance came up and fixed the problem promptly.

The facility was nice, but the lack of housekeeping was disappointing

Pools were nice

Cons:

Housekeeping took trash daily and that was it
We had to call down for towels, and we were a group of nine and the dirty towels were never removed from the room
We also had to ask several times for toilet paper and trash bags
One day we asked for trash bags around 7 o’clock and at 10 PM. Housekeeping knocked on the door and woke everyone up when she entered the door and yelled excuse me.

I stayed last in 2024 and loved it, this year I was so disappointed. 2k down the drain. Will not be back.
Pros:

Location & pools/being right on the beach

Cons:

Staff was hit and miss on helpfulness/rudeness, overpriced, made me sleep without any pillow and gave me a folded sheet to use as a pillow instead, over charged me and made extra charges that I did not authorize
