Decent place to stay and easy access to the beach
Pros:

Easy access to the beach. Clean room and provided cooking utensils.

Cons:

Parking garage is small. The smell of marijuana very strong inside our room and on our balcony.

Our room wasn't ready until 5:30, when check-in is at 4. We had to call for trash pickup and linens

Hectic getting into our room.
Pros:

Couldn’t get in my room until after 5pm. Had refrigerator items and kids were ready for the pool. Less time for letting kids play due to the room not being ready and needing to unpack the car. Wanted to extend one more night they said we could then said they had a room then they didn’t. Lot of game playing with the staff and wasted time trying to figure out if the room was available or not.

We had a wonderful visit
Pros:

We loved the location! The Starbucks at the entrance was definitely an added bonus.

Cons:

Our actual condo had a few issues that could have been better, the shower in the master bathroom needed the handle fixed, the bathroom sink was tricky to turn off. I think everything else was fine.

Pros:

Great location and views. Right on the beach. Not too crowded. Totally kid-friendly. The staff were super nice.

Cons:

The steps from the parking garage to the rooms and elevators were awful for hauling rolling luggage and carts with beach gear. Dirty and hot hallways. Palmetto bugs on the balcony at night. TV remote didn't work even with new batteries. Coffee pot didn't work. The pool restrooms got pretty dirty. I don't think they were maintained throughout the day.

Tenía piscinas buena ubicación y fácil acceso a parqueadero, la cocina estaba bien.

Cons:

Muy sucio, el sofácama no sirve, el alojamiento no era para 8 personas como cobran y ofrecen, solo es para 6. una de las habitaciones no estaba limpia nos tocó esperar una hora mientras las limpiaban, pero de igual forma el tapete y todo no estaba bien limpio nos tocó limpiar a nosotros.

Kids were happy! Adults were a little let down.
Pros:

The pools and pool staff were amazing having the ability to grab a towel from the pool area was great! The kids were definitely happy with the pool selections and slide. The room size was great and the view to the beach was amazing! Besides a few things the kids had a blast and didn't notice the little things that went wrong!

Cons:

At check in 4pm we were told our room was not ready but would be ready soon, after traveling and cold groceries in the car this was less than ideal we were giving the option to explore the hotel go swimming and use all the other amenities but we're not able to check in when we should have been. They did get us in quickly afterwards. The glass shower door did not close, it did not make a mess but the door was off track along with the sliding glass door to the balcony it was a difficult open and close. The refrigerator was in an odd spot and the door opened the opposite direction keeping one drawer almost completely unaccessible. The air conditioning was great the first 3 nights but after a long day at the beach and pool we came back to a room at a hot 80 degrees and it would not cool down! Leaving the next morning it was still 78 degrees as we packed.

Good for families but pictures are not accurate of all rooms and linens should be replaced equal to the amount of people
Pros:

The property had everything in one spot great when you have multiple kids wanting different things.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have been advised upfront that housekeeping is an EXTRA CHARGE and if you want your trash cans dumped or clean towels you have to let housekeeping know

For the amount of money we paid for this hotel, it was absolutely disappointing
Pros:

Very family friendly. Nice pool and water slide. Nice view and awesome balcony area. Restaurant, tiki bar, and Starbucks on property were very cool.

Cons:

Kitchen countertops and bathroom countertops weren’t cleaned properly and my children found a bloody bandage when they got to their room. No dish detergent even though there was a dishwasher with only 2 packs of detergent. No laundry detergent with washing machine. We were locked out of beach/pool entry after visiting beach and had to walk two hotels down to find public beach access due to lightning nearby just to get back into hotel.

All in all great trip
Pros:

Had everything we needed here. Did not need to leave unless we wanted to

Cons:

Our room phone did not work and when we arrived the room floors had not been sweep.
