Location and comfort
My friend, his dog and I are on a motorcycle tour of Scotland and chose the hotel for its traditional character and location.
We were given a friendly reception and helpful explanation of the dining arrangements as we had a dog. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, furnished in a traditional style. All the staff were helpful and the food tasty with a good buffet breakfast selection.
Grand old dame history and breakfast
Bathroom and no water pressure
Smell in the lift area, very over powering, air freshners
Le style très old School
Hôtel qui nécessite un serieux rafraîchissement
O pequeno almoço foi bom
Da pouca pressão da água do duche.

Exactly as advertised, clean rooms and helpful staff. They didn't stint on the heating, despite being a large old building it was cosy throughout.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great food, beautiful location.
Stuart serving the food was very helpful.
Lady at reception was helpful when our TV didn't work - she sourced an aerial cable for us.
Parking was very difficult- car park was full and many people had to block others in.
One ceiling light in the room wasn't working.
El personal, el ambiente típico y la ubicación.
Un poco viejo.
Good value for money, lovely old estate
The bed was very small for a supposed double
