Important information:

Reservations that involve the date December 31 will have to be paid in full no later than December 1 by deposit or transfer. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for adults and children from 7 years old is already included in the total of your reservation. In case of children between 2 and 6 years old, the guest must pay directly at the hotel the amount of 375 MXN for each child for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.

In case of reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will contact the agency to manage the special conditions for deposit and cancellation. If the hotel cannot communicate with the guest and/or the agency and the deposit is not made under the conditions determined by the hotel, the cancellation of the reservations will be requested. Cons:

La comida era de muy baja calidad y muy repetitiva. Adicional no le exigen al huésped mantener el orden y limpieza creando un lugar un poco sucio. Pero es más por la parte del huésped no del hotel. Adicional en mi habitación no había agua caliente y el minisplit no funcionaba.

La comida es buena y surtida, algunas instalaciones son relativamente nuevas, pero les falta mantenimiento en algunas otras zonas; el personal le falta actitud de servicios, no ha todos pero en mostrador y algunos meseros.

La actitud de personal de mostrador que aparentemente era encargado, cero actitud de servicio, y solo dos meseros que no tenían tacto; No hay servicio medico, cualquier emergencia no tendrá primera atención, siendo que esta a lado de un desemboque donde hay cocodrilos.

La temperatura del agua de las albercas estaba agradable, los colchones cómodos, los jardines bien cuidados. Las instalaciones son bonitas. Las bebidas bien

La comida está bien de sabor pero hay poca variedad, el snack si está malo. La limpieza de las albercas muy por encimita. El último día amanecimos sin agua en la habitación y no había tampoco en las áreas públicas, no pudimos bañarnos ni usar el sanitario. No nos dejaron toallas en la habitación, tuvimos que pedir y nos llevaron de las que usan en los camastros. Nos salió la "oferta" en booking y por el precio y los servicios descritos parecía justo pero al llegar nos cobraron una persona extra porque la habitación que reservamos era para 2 e ibamos 3 adultos siendo que la busqueda fue para 3, nos pareció publicidad engañosa. Les recomiendo checar a detalle las letras chiquitas antes de apartar, al final el precio que pagamos terminó siendo lo de cualquier hotel, ya no fue oferta y si se quedó corto el lugar para el precio.
