Important information:

Reservations that involve the date December 31 will have to be paid in full no later than December 1 by deposit or transfer. The New Year's Eve Gala Dinner for adults and children from 7 years old is already included in the total of your reservation. In case of children between 2 and 6 years old, the guest must pay directly at the hotel the amount of 375 MXN for each child for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.

In case of reservations of 5 rooms or more, the hotel will contact the agency to manage the special conditions for deposit and cancellation. If the hotel cannot communicate with the guest and/or the agency and the deposit is not made under the conditions determined by the hotel, the cancellation of the reservations will be requested. Awful and did not give me any value for money.
Pros:

The proximity to the beach.

Cons:

There were too many rules which people were not following however no one from the staff mentioned anything to people, the rooms were Ok. But there was some bed bugs as I have been bitten in multiple places. The staff was only paying attention to some guests, however to myself and my friend no one even asked even while we were at the restaurant. The Italian restaurant was very difficult to get reservation at and even when they had seats available they didn’t allow people to go be seated even when the main restaurant was full. The food was not good and did not have a lot of variety. Even the chilaquiles for breakfast were poorly prepared.

Cons:

La comida era de muy baja calidad y muy repetitiva. Adicional no le exigen al huésped mantener el orden y limpieza creando un lugar un poco sucio. Pero es más por la parte del huésped no del hotel. Adicional en mi habitación no había agua caliente y el minisplit no funcionaba.
