The Quality Hotel Coventry does not accept cash payments on arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the debit/credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests booking under a third party must inform the property prior to arrival in order to fill out the third party authorization form.

All bookings made after 1 January 2018 for arrival after 1 February 2018 will be subject to a GBP 5 daily parking charge. This will be charged on check-in.

Early check-in from 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Late check-out until 13:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Please note that there is no elevator within the property. All standard rooms are located in the front of the building on the first floor, and a limited number of Business Double rooms are located on the ground floor and are subject to availability.

MISLEADING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Pros:

Nothing. Unhelpful staff, cold room and no beverage, like kettle tea, sugar etc.

I asked to be woken up at 8 but was made to miss breakfast. Staff are not welcoming or maybe because i am a young black man they sterio type and sabbotage my welcome. Never going back there.

Cons:

Thecradiators are not working. Bloody cold and dry rooms, no tea maker, tea or sugar.

Been lied to paid £10 for breakfast but got nothing apart from dry toasted bread hard to eat and none Halal Food although i had requested Halal food upon making payment.

I feel like i have been miss sold and extortionatly over charged for service not provided to me.

Excellent
Pros:

The staff were so helpful and could not do enough to make our stay so lovely. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was great. My dog was made welcome. Food was amazing. Good location. I can’t wait to return

Get what you pay for . I would stay again but only for a short night

Closeness to NEC, friendliness of staff

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. They are obviously sinking money into the hotel as the bathroom has been turned into a wet room . Unfortunately the door was expanding at the bottom and wasn’t watertight. I’ve never had such a creaky floor in the bedroom. I was scared to move in case I woke downstairs

Little gem just 10 mins from NEC
Pros:

Staff are very accommodating, willing to go the extra mile, room size was excellent and ladies parking close to entrance was a really nice touch that I would really appreciate as a lone female traveller but on this occasion I had a friend with me but it made me feel that my safety was important to them

Cons:

I dont really have anything negative to say, my only wish would be for a slightly cheaper person night dog fee but thats literally it and that said I dont overly object to what was charged

Disappointed
Pros:

Clean, good car park easy to find

Cons:

£20 charge for small well behaved non moulting dog! Check in staff sent us the wrong direction which caused us to carry bags an entire lap, Bed was too high, shower was set up as a wet room that soaked the entire bathroom, flat floor made water sit on floor and not drain, cold tap just dribbled out water and not enough milk in room, not brilliant for the price!!
