The Quality Hotel Coventry does not accept cash payments on arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the debit/credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests booking under a third party must inform the property prior to arrival in order to fill out the third party authorization form.

All bookings made after 1 January 2018 for arrival after 1 February 2018 will be subject to a GBP 5 daily parking charge. This will be charged on check-in.

Early check-in from 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Late check-out until 13:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Please note that there is no elevator within the property. All standard rooms are located in the front of the building on the first floor, and a limited number of Business Double rooms are located on the ground floor and are subject to availability.

Perfect for my needs
Pros:

Easy to get to, greeted warmly by reception and swiftly booked in. Directions to my room & keycard in hand off I went.

Cons:

A little surprised at having to pay for car park space, but hey how it is what it is

We have stayed before it’s very convenient when visiting family in that area, and we will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Everything. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, shower fantastic.

Cons:

The room we had on this stay was smaller than we usually have, but it was still very nice. Apart from that, which wasn’t a problem, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Clean and comfortable stay for a very reasonable price. Be cautious if you have a medical assistance dog!!!
Pros:

The location was great for the NEC. We were able to park easily. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When checking in I paid the supplement for my 2 dogs who were staying in my room, this was fine as we were aware of the fee before we arrived. My friend had a medical assistance dog with her, she needs her dog to alert for medical issues. The dog in question is trained and works with his harness on to alert to his handler and other people nearby. The lady on reception said he must also be charged the dog fee, when challenged she said it would be wavered on this occassion. This clearly made my friend feel uncomfortable and is against the law. You would never charge for a guide dog so why charge for a medical assistance dog? We didn’t have to pay for this dog in the end however it did cause some distress and embarassment. When we went to our rooms we found that our kettle was not working and had to call down to reception to request hot water/tea. The lady at reception did bring this up to our room which we were very grateful for after our long day at Crufts.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Easy to get to, plenty of parking, good value, clean rooms with working WiFi and tv, bar and restaurant, friendly staff, generally quite quiet. Bonus of meeting Bruno the cat in the bar on our first night.

Cons:

Dinner at the restaurant doesn't start until 7pm which is a little late for us but didn't make it less enjoyable.

Great Hotel at Budget Price
Pros:

Bedroom, small but everything we needed. New bathroom & bedroom decor. Amazing for what we paid...it was a BUDGET price to say the least so we had concerns but it was very good. We didn't use communal facilities as we arrived late and left early without eating or drinking at the hotel. Free parking that was well lit.

Nothing.
