The Quality Hotel Coventry does not accept cash payments on arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and the debit/credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests booking under a third party must inform the property prior to arrival in order to fill out the third party authorization form.

All bookings made after 1 January 2018 for arrival after 1 February 2018 will be subject to a GBP 5 daily parking charge. This will be charged on check-in.

Early check-in from 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Late check-out until 13:00 is possible by prior arrangement with the property for an additional fee. Subject to availability.

Please note that there is no elevator within the property. All standard rooms are located in the front of the building on the first floor, and a limited number of Business Double rooms are located on the ground floor and are subject to availability.

Nice hotel. Recommended
Pros:

Clean, modern, quiet.

Cons:

Far too hot, pipes run under the floor. But I'm sure not all rooms have that issue.only 1 pillow each

I had a comfortable stay and was able to rest well before continuing my journey
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The food was lovely and the staff were friendly and professional.
I travelled alone and I was able to feel confident and calm, as there was always staff available in the community areas

Cons:

I wasn't keen on the wet room as the floor did indeed get very wet and I found it a challenge to dry the area I needed to walk on later to pass the shower and get to the sink. The soap dispenser was broken and had been placed in a way to look complete

Enjoyable visit
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, very clean and tidy . Spacious room, friendly staff (including Bruno the cat 😃) We have already booked a return visit.

Friendly staff

Cons:

Strong smell of body oder and urine in my room ( 8 ) . Large stain on the bed throw. The radiator was off but very stuffy and warm even with the window open.

Very nice hotel near the NEC
Pros:

Booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, whist visiting a show at the NEC, purely based on previous reviews saying there was a friendly hotel cat.
I was not disappointed. The hotel was excellent.
Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff, great Wi-Fi, my room was clean and well maintained, with everything you would expect. The room was even serviced and replenished even though I was only staying for two nights.
Restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price.
The bar is well stocked and again reasonably priced.
Breakfast is cooked fresh to order with a huge range of cold/continental options to help yourself to.
And the hotel cat, Bruno, is adorable and loves a cuddle.
Will definitely stay here again when attending other shows at the NEC.
