Volveremos!
Pros:

El hotel es maravilloso. El personal muy amable y el bufet increíble, con mucha variedad de comida y muy buena. Tiene 3 piscinas que están fenomenales y una para niños con varios toboganes y chorros se agua que nuestra hija de 3 años disfrutó mucho. Si que es verdad que como sugerencia, ampliaría el horario de l cena a las 21:30 o las 22:00 ya que estamos en España. Tiene solo 3 ascensores y son muy pequeños para la afluencia que tiene el hotel en temporada alta. Por cierto, tienen unas vista desde el restaurante de la azotea que son increibles!

Estancia agradable en Tonga tower.
Pros:

La habitación estaba limpia y con vistas. buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.

Cons:

El horario del kids club y de la cena que era hasta las 21:00.

Pros:

Убирали каждый день и меняли полотенца, положили всякие крема для тела и мыло.
Когда ехали ночью нам дали даже воды с собой и бутерброды. Был маленький холодильник, еще бы чайник и было бы супер

Cons:

Кондиционер с момента заселения невключался, сказал на ресепшен и через 10 минут пришел мастер починил. Но он работает плохо точнее стартует плохо. Когда ты вышел и забрал карту все отключается в комнате но после возвращения кондиционер невключается нужно много раз клацать кнопки открывать закрывать двери балкона и тогда в какойто момент он запускается. Приходилось одну карту ключ оставлять что бы он невыключался иначе тв приходишь с жары хочешь спастить от нее и в комнате духота и ты 20 минут пытаешся его включить.

Excelente estancia, lleno de profesionales que tienen todo perfecto para hacer que tengas las mejores vacaciones, el servicio de comida de 10, mucho donde elegir, amplio comedor y muy bien atendido, un buffet libre cómodo y completo. La habitación triple muy cómoda, limpia y amplia. La zona de piscina muy chula y cómoda, con muchas hamacas. Tiene un servicio de bar y comida en la piscina muy cómodo. Si tuviera que poner una pega, solo ampliaría el horario de piscina algo más. La playa está cerca y es chulísima. Servicios de todo tipo al lado del hotel. Vamos, repetiria sin dudarlo

Muy buenas vacaciones
Pros:

Las instalaciones de 10, la habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. El buffet genial, sobre todo los desayunos. Estaba todo muy bien presentado sobre todo las noches tematicas.

El personal agradable y excelente, sobre todo destaco a un hombre en la plancha del buffet que estuvo super dispuesto a cocinar algo especial para mi hija. Es de valorar y agradecer.
Las piscinas están genial también.

Cons:

Muy pocas cosas no me han gustado:
La animación del hotel, pues mi hija es española, el hotel está en España, pero nadie hablaba en español. En el miniclub nadie la entendía y no podía participar. Lo mismo en las actuaciones… es algo bastante negativo porque había más familias españolas.
Los balcones eran algo peligrosos… entre el balcon y el cristal a mi hija le cabía la pierna entera.

Great stay and would come again, few things could be changed.
Pros:

The view from the room, really enjoyed the pools was beautiful. Great breakfast! Friendly staff, very accommodating. Felt very safe as travelling solo.

Cons:

Wasn’t enough sun beds, I did come solo so I did find some in the end.
