Hotel d´Or

Lovely accomodation, staff, location. Not so big, but therefor more quitness, relaxed vibe

Good location especially if you use the bus/land train, which we use them to get to other Calas, to Palma and the airport. Close to the marina and the beaches (about 10 minutes walk) and very central. The hotel is well maintained but a bit dated. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good. I would recommend it.

This was hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I stayed here for 3 nights - the first night I saw a cricket inside our room, the second and third night I saw a cockroach in the room. We asked the hotel, and they just said this is how it is and didn't apologize. The first night, we also didn't have wifi at all in our room and only got wifi after switching to another room closer to the hotel lobby. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

We loved the location, was near the beach, restaurant, shopping and very safe. Pool was great and staff awesome specially Carlos.

starting from checking in. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday, air condition worked perfectly. Location is great, walking distance to many beaches, clubs and restaurants. Very nice choice of food for breakfast. Highly recommend

Gostei da minha estadia. Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários gentis.
A única coisa que me deixou frustrado foi não ter um Frigobar no quarto,,de resto tudo perfeito.

Arrivé en après-midi, accueil très convivial. Hôtel propre , piscine sympathique et personnel disponible.

Cheguei ao hotel menos de 2 horas antes do check in, e apesar do quarto estar pronto, me foi cobrado 20 euros pra entrar no quarto.
Fiquei hospedado em diversos hotéis, e somente nesse tivemos essa cobrança.
Ar condicionado pingava muito no quarto.
Mas o pessoal do bar, principalmente o Carlos, muito simpático.

Se puderem fujam, a quatro tem cheiro de mofo misturado com água sanitária, cheguei a pedir para trocar de quarto mas o funcionário me passou que não haviam quartos disponíveis para troca e que não havia nenhum cheiro estranho no quarto! As toalhas banho em péssimo estado! As fotos que aparecem no site não condiz com o quarto apresentado; o check in no site do hotel.com se inicia as 12:00 e não foi permitida nossa entrada somente as 14:00! Únicas coisas que valem a pena é a área da piscina e o café da manhã, o restante péssimo

Macht einen großen Bogen um dieses Hotel!!!
Beim Einchecken haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, welches einem Keller geähnelt hat. Es war dunkel, klein und schrecklich. Im Bad befand sich eine Badewanne und es hat gestunken, nicht wie auf den Bildern. Auf Beschwerde haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Es war ein Tick besser wie das 1., aber trotzdem nicht wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Im Bad war ein elektronischer Raumduft, welcher einen schlimmen Duft im ganzen Zimmer verteilt hat, es hat so gestunken, dass einem schlecht wurde. Die Möbel sind alle abgenutzt. Das Bad gehört sich dringend renoviert. Vor lauter Kalk sieht man die Farbe der Armaturen nicht mehr. Dann hatten wir ein Problem mit unserer Dusche, das Wasser hat innerhalb von 10sek von kochend heiß zu eiskalt gewechselt, ohne das man mit der Atmatur gespielt hat. Als wir uns bei der Rezeption beschwert haben, haben sie gesagt sie werden das richten. War leider nicht so, wir konnten nicht duschen. Als wir uns dann erneut beschwert haben, haben wir wieder ein neues Zimmer erhalten, diesmal wirklich wie auf den Bildern, aber dennoch ist die Ausstattung sehr stark abgenutzt. Hier war das ganze Zimmer von Ameisen befallen, wir konnten unsere Koffer nicht offen lassen.
Außerdem wurden die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Wenn Müll auf dem Tisch lag, haben sie das nicht weggeworfen. Unsere Kaffeetassen haben sie nicht mitgenommen.

Bitte spart an einem anderen Ende und zahlt lieber etwas mehr für ein besseres Hotel!

Personal amable, instalaciones necesitan una reforma, bañera, cortina en la bañera. Los baños ya muy gastados, toallas antiguas etc
