Check-in was slower than expected, and communication wasn’t very clear.
Pros:

Stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience was below expectations. While the room itself was acceptable, the service really let it down. Staff didn’t seem very attentive, and it often felt like we had to chase for basic requests.

Noise from the hallway was also noticeable at times, which affected the overall comfort.
Pros:

The room was clean but a bit outdated, and some basic amenities were missing or not working properly. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, but I expected a little more in terms of maintenance and attention to detail.

Excellent👏🏻
Pros:

I’ve now stayed twice at the Dunsilly Hotel .I’m really impressed. Just a few highlights that are really important when travelling on business. Spacious and very clean rooms, good WiFi and modern TV with all the expected aspects that aren’t available in other hotels👏🏻. More importantly really good food and very friendly staff in all parts of the hotel. I will return on my next visit to Northern Ireland for sure.

Amazing service and comfortable hotel

I can't fault my first stay at Dunsilly Hotel. Wonderful staff, lovely and peaceful surroundings. Great accommodation. I'll definitely be booking again.

Valentines Stay
Pros:

Stayed Feb 14th night for my husbands birthday and Valentines.
Lovely hotel, room spacious, dinner was lovely.
Our only negative feedback is having to vacate the bar area early at 11pm and sit in the hotel foyer to have a few more drinks. Not quite the end to our romantic stay we envisaged.
