According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. Pros:

Atendimento muito bom, funcionários da recepção, serviço de quarto, do restaurante, todos muito prestativos e queridos. Café da manhã variado e muito gostoso. O restaurante, a mesma coisa. A vista da cidade a partir do terraço é linda, principalmente à noite.

A no frills, good value 3-4 star in a superb location.
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Safe streets and very close to excellent (Patio Batel) shopping and delightful cafes. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The staff were amazing and made the stay worth going back.

Cons:

The pool is worn out and the deck furniture sparse. Workers who were cleaning the sign on the side of the building were littering the pool with rubbish and blocking part of the pool for several days.
In the room, there were no drawers to put anything, so lived out of the suitcase for a week. There was no coffee maker in the room (just a kettle for instant coffee)

Pros:

Ótima escolha. Funcionários prestativos, ambientes super limpos, cama maravilhosa. Restaurante com preços justos. Localização excelente. Super recomendo.

A localização do hotel é excelente, próxima a ótimos restaurantes, diversos serviços e com fácil acesso às principais vias e pontos de interesse da região.

Cons:

Não gostei do fato de que a roupa de cama e as toalhas de banho não são trocadas diariamente, o que compromete a sensação de conforto e cuidado durante a estadia.

Porém os Pratos do Restaurante não nos agradou, filé de frango ressecado, filé mignon com uma parte crua, poderiam caprichar um pouco mais, no domingo por volta das 08hs da manhã acabou a água do hotel, ligando para recpção o funcionário não soube dizer o motivo e nem o tempo para o retorno, por volta das 08h 45min foi restabelecida, primeira vez que aconteceu um caso como esse, um hotel com falta de água, cabe uma análise pelos gestores.

Cons:

Hotel desatualizado e antigo.
O café da manhã é de boa qualidade porém os atendentes são desorganizados e fazem todo tipo de barulho com pratos, talheres e copos.
