When we entered, the room had not had a nice smell. Everything was there The only thing I would suggest is the carpets were very dirty and you could use a very good cleaning. Other than that our stay was excellent and the breakfast was excellent. The help with the breakfast was excellent. Excellent excellent we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Oh, for all, we definitely enjoyed our visit. I would just say that the carpets definitely in the near future need to be cleaned and there was a nice fragrant in the hallway. It was just extremely strong, almost a little bit overpowering, but it was still a nice fragrance.

Cons:

Rooms weren’t clean, my hot tub leaked water in my room and then when I got a new room, neither of my keys worked. To me I think I would have been satisfied with a free night because my night was not good with water all on the carpet flooring.

Filthy facility and the front desk wouldn’t help me because I made my reservation through booking!

It was filthy. I checked out two rooms and the second one was worse than the first! The person who was in front of me was also in the same situation!

Breakfast included was great a lot included and very good value for money.
Pros:

Perfect rooms for our family with interconnected rooms and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The shower head was broken and the bath bottom was incredibly slippery
The cards for the doors kept not working and you had to wiggle them a lot sometimes having to use our other door to get in.
