Pros:

The staff where amazing.Breakfast were quality.

Cons:

I booked 1 room for two adult and one child for two days.but the booking shows two room for one adult and one adult with child.I had to pay double the price of the room.The staff didn't care to cancel for refund my booking.I want to get the refund of one additional room charge that i must not pay.

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

冬で雪もある中でしたが、暖房がよく効いていて寒さも無く過ごせました。
お部屋、バス、トイレも清潔で、軽いハウスダストアレルギーがありますが、その点も問題ありませんでした。
ウェルカムドリンクのサービスも嬉しかったです。
朝食にご当地名物の芋煮があり、とても美味しかったのでおかわりしました。
名物が食べられるのは旅の醍醐味なので、ありがたかったです。

Cons:

廊下の音が響く事、隣の部屋からのイビキが聞こえる事。
少し壁が薄かった点が気になりました。
追加でお願いできるのであれば、アメニティとして化粧水などがあるとより嬉しかったです。

まあまあでしたが。
Pros:

朝食が美味しかったし、フロント職員の対応が良かった。

Cons:

ベッドが狭かったし、部屋全体が狭かった。ダブルベッドだったが二人で横になると小さくて熟睡できなかった。

ホテルが駅から近くにあり分かりやすくて良いし、バス停留所も近くにあるので動くのに利用しやすい。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　飲み食いするところも近くにあるので困らない。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　チェックインする前でも、チェックアウトしてからでも大きな荷物を預かってくれるので（無論無料で）助かりました。

Cons:

室内にサービス内容（チェックアウト時間等）を書いてあるものがなかった。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ビールを打っている自動販売機のあるフロアがかいてあるものも探せなかった。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　朝ごはんのメニューで、納豆、海苔、魚類があれば言うことなし！！

朝食付きで価格が安い。天童旅行で丁度良い場所だった。

Cons:

足の大きい人にはスリッパがはきにくい。寝る時に着るガウンの大きいサイズが欲しかった。
