Room was ok. A microwave in the room would have been nice.

The staff was awesome. The room was very nice and clean. Love that the beds could be closed off from the living room. We really enjoyed our stay

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean plus quiet. There is no coffee maker, or microwave, but there is a refrigerator. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Free breakfast it not much there. Bagels, muffins, cereal, and fruit. Overall a nice stay for a good price.

Room clean, staff nice. Facility new but quality not superb.

Shower was clogged

It's okay for one night, I would not recommend it for multiple nights, unfortunately not the best experience. Front desk staff were never around and barely any help, our room never got checked, I ran out of toilet paper, asked for it to be replenished, housekeeping staff didn't bother
(I had to take a roll from the restrooms by the lobby since they never cared), people above me were noisy stomping and running around, bed foundation squeaked and I found it was broken, and the pool I wanted to try it out but could not dare with how dirty it was.

Overall property was really nice. Room was clean which is important to us. Some of the areas around back looked like had some trash build up but nothing that distracted from the building or the rooms.

We only stayed one night on our way to Miami

The main entrance is very confusing , plus goggle bring you to the one in the downtown area, not the one by I-95 when I book my reservation, there’s no detail about any deposits, I think the hotel should let customers know in advance unless is just another way to make extra money from clients.

Horrible ! My room was infested with roaches. I tried getting a refund and was only offered to be refunded the incidental. When I checked out they said I would receive an email with the information and it should give me the full refund, however I am still waiting for the email. If I don’t receive the email or the refund I will be escalating this.

Great hotel the mattress are so comfortable and pleasant, good amenities and clean

Average. Nice staff but bare bones Hilton brand. They don't even empty the garbage in the rooms, they don't make the bed, no frills or extras. If you need anything it has to be requested. Breakfast bar was continental with boiled eggs, cereal, fruit , yogurt and coffee/juice.

The water in the shower could have been hotter.

Excellent front desk personnel, safe, clean and budget friendly.
