It was nice clean and moderately priced

It was a nice room it was quiet it was clean and breakfast was okay

Cons:

I checked out and went back into the room after I checked out to grab something from the bathroom where I was met by your house manager I think in the front desk and she threatened to call the police on me threw me out not realizing that I was a guest the night before and I just went into the room cuz I was open and I went to the bathroom and she's threatened to throw this to corporate guests out they were there for a month and told them that if I was around the property again that she was going to have them 86 and I was 86 and she would call the police that I ever came back little harsh for someone not knowing the full scoop of why I was in the room in the first place so she's very terrible hard on English very broken English and then she didn't understand anything that was going on and she really embarrassed me and slandered me in front of people and I did not accept or like that at all so I'm pending litigation with that.

Our stay was a disaster. A complete lack of hygiene, zero accountability, and appalling management. Avoid this property
Pros:

Aside from the Starbucks across the parking lot this hotel is poorly kept, old run down, and needs to be cleaned, infested with roaches, and renovated for the price point of the stay.

Cons:

Extremely disappointed with our stay. Our initial room had a cockroach infestation. The replacement room was filthy, complete with uncleaned floors, spiders, and webs right over the bed. Because it was a holiday weekend with no local vacancies, we had no choice but to stay. Management was non-existent, staff refused to provide leadership contact info, and they denied a refund simply because we spent the night. Unsanitary conditions and nonexistent customer care—do not recommend

Decent to rest your head. Dennys and Starbucks in same parking lot. Clean looking although floors even looking clean, ou
Pros:

1) The price was right for a cheap 2 night stay to rest our head.

2) Customer service very nice.

3) Lots of storage space for 2 adults, toddler and teenager. never felt cramped. Good size rooms

Cons:

1) The pool was closed, one of our reasons for booking here. When asking if they had sister hotel we could use for pool, was told no and they had just closed pool day before. Not sure if I believe that but what could I do.

2) Our TV was not working, I went to front desk after spending 10-15m trying to fix myself and she stated she would be over in a few minutes. I'm a very patient person and since she looked to be by herself I knew probably wouldn't be a few mins but an hour later we were still waiting. Mind you, I had already done what I could to get it to work. Finally I found cable box and saw cord was loose, simple fix. Done. I went back to desk about 1 1/2 hour later to ask about pool issue being closed and why website stated open during stay. And I let her know I fixed TV, she looked like she had no clue what I was talking about. So I'm assuming she forgot.
