Cons:

Accueil médiocre,sauf pour la personne qui nous a fait le Check out. À notre arrivée personnel pas souriant, très peu accueillant, c’est à peine si on nous a dit bonjour. Je m’aperçois qu’il n’y a pas d’eau dans la chambre, je demande au Mr de l’accueil, il me dirige vulgairement vers la fontaine d’eau (eau du robinet) alors que je précise que c’est pour le biberon de mon fils de 2 ans.

first is not safe. if you leav money or somthing vales
i forget my coat on the hall . next day i asked for it. they said was nor hear. i ask them to open the camer thet refus. i told them to bring the police to see the camer. five minut later they came with the coat.pretending the clean women fuondi it .on the room.

Overall, my stay was good value and in a good location, but the reception staff were not friendly and the WiFi and mobil

What I liked most about the hotel was the great value for money, the friendly restaurant staff, and the excellent cleaning staff who kept everything spotless. The location was also very convenient, with the city center only a 15-minute walk away.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the reception staff, who were not very friendly and always asked for extra payment, even for early check-in and late check-out despite my loyalty status. The WiFi was very slow, and mobile coverage in the hotel was also poor.

Pros:

Es war alles Tip Top. Die Zimmer werde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir waren zu 4 im Zimmer und hatten 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzellbetter.
