Nice people that work there
The bathroom was not clean enough for me
Attentive to extras for 4 children:
TP, tissues, more towels and washcloths

Breakfast was generally good and the location was near where we wanted to visit.
The swimming pool was too small and crowded. Also the water was too cold
Breakfast was nice.
We had a room on the second floor and although the room was nice and clean, it was very noisy. Kids were running up and down the hallway and on whoever was in the room over us kept dropping heavy things on the floor.

There is an accident on the road and there was no TV or Internet service for cellular service for the night. I was there.
Friendly service however because of the Internet service loss, I missed two meetings
I really liked the location and convenience thereof. Very clean and welcoming. Our room faced the front parking which was nice as we were able to see our vehicle. The pool was also clean , I personally would have liked it a little bigger but it was fine because there weren't too many guests using it at the same time as we did. It is also close to the ARK, encase you travel to see that and if you need anything you may have forgotten on your trip there is a Walmart right by the hotel. True bonus !
Sadly there wasn't any breakfast left by the time we arrived at the lounge, which was right at 9 am. Quite a few guests had so much, so others couldn't enjoy anything other than just a coffee with a side of yogurt :( . I would have liked to see staff perhaps either adding more or limit items to guests who've already had some.
Poor
At 9 o’clock arrival there was nothing to eat. The selection was poor. The coffee is unacceptable and taste badly.
The location was nice... breakfast could have been better.

Everything was immaculate. Our room was perfect. The breakfast had a large variety of dishes and what I chose was delicious.
There was nothing that I disliked.
Dry Ridge KY, Holiday Inn Express
We traveled to KY with several family members, our parents, siblings, aunts, and cousins. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, clean rooms, good breakfast, and inviting lounge as a gathering space. My crew is generally hard to please and had only positive things to say. Thank you for providing us a wonderful place to rest our family!
Our church group recently traveled to the Ark Encounter and chose to stay at this hotel for the weekend. From the moment we began planning our trip, Mrs. Risa Burstein was absolutely phenomenal. She patiently answered all of my many questions, helped coordinate our room reservations, and even recommended great places to dine and visit during our stay.
The entire staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was clean, inviting, and conveniently located within walking distance of Walmart, which was a huge plus for our group. Our rooms were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
If you’re planning a visit to the Ark Encounter, I highly recommend staying at this hotel in Dry Ridge, Kentucky. Thank you, Mrs. Risa Burstein and the entire staff, for helping make our church trip such a wonderful and memorable experience!
