Pros:

It was within walking distance to the convention center. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Pros:

Location, front desk lady was nice.

Cons:

Door frame looked like it had been kicked in. Did not feel secure. I was worried a little about that. Bed was also not very comfortable and both the tub and sink drained very slow.

Pros:

It was clean and bed was comfy

Cons:

The petite room is very small. The pictures showed a dresser and a patio. But there were none. There was no heat in the room, but they supplied a small electric heater. If you're looking for value it was reasonable, and clean. But next time I'll pay the extra money.

Great facility. Great location. Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable,.
Pros:

I love the attention given to the guests. Any problems are addressed immediately. They provide the best customer experience. There are many places to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning. Very close to the boardwalk and beach.

Cons:

I expected the hospitality room to be available as it was last year when I stayed. I found this very disappointing. Bring back the bagels and cereal, etc.!! This was my favorite part of my stay last year.
