White Elephant Palm Beach

Received a complimentary upgrade to a cozy and well-appointed king suite. Room was lovely but the staff was the true high point. Everyone was responsive and thoughtful with a huge shout-out to Christian, who literally braved a torrential downpour to drive us to our dinner reservation. We will be back!

Went for a couples getaway. The location is a few blocks from the beach. They have wonderful golf carts. They shuttle you in and get you set up on the beach. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were in great hands with friendly, competent, and extremely professional people who made our stay such a wonderful experience. The rooms were lovely as well as the overall hotel. We enjoy sitting out on a balcony, which didn’t disappoint. It was just an added bonus that provided additional levels of happiness and comfort for us.The adjacent restaurant was quite nice as well. My wife and I highly recommend the hotel due to the quality of the staff and comfort of the facilities.

Absolute best staff! Location is great lots to walk and do close by. The car service is top notch; Sebastian is so friendly. Karen at the front desk makes your stay even more welcoming. Grab a drink at Lola with the most beautiful bar tender. The rooms are spacious, and the suites are inviting. All the little extras amenities don't go unnoticed. Thank you for a fabulous time.

We had an amazing experience at the White Elephant. The staff--from top to bottom--are simply fabulous and attended to our every need! Their excellent service simply cannot be overstated. From the personal services to recommendations and reservations--we simply could not have asked for more. We had one of the suites and it was very well appointed for our stay--very comfortable and lots of natural light. The hotel itself is just as pictured--stylish, cozy and fun. We ate several meals at the Lola, the hotel restaurant, and everything we tried (drinks and food--try the Frosé with fresh strawberries) was delicious. Though we did have some rain, we enjoyed the beach set-up, the bikes and one of the cars to run a few errands. A 10 out of 10 for sure and we hope to return soon!

We had the best experience staying at the White Elephant in Palm Beach. The service was truly exceptional—every member of the staff went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The house cars were such a game-changer during our stay, and the drivers were all wonderful. A special shout-out to Christian, who was not only incredibly helpful but also such a pleasure to chat with.
The entire stay felt seamless and welcoming, and we’ll absolutely continue choosing the White Elephant whenever we’re in Palm Beach. Highly recommend!

The staff (Gabby, Natalia, Christian, Damian, Sebastian) were excellent!!!! They were all very accommodating and did everything to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible!!
Gabby is a true leader, manager, and is an absolutely irreplaceable team member at your perfect getaway place for us! She stopped at nothing to make sure we were always happy and even gave us a last minute restaurant recommendation that happened to be the best one during our stay, and hard to beat even in very close by NYC (to us, obviously)!
We hope to return to visit your beautiful hotel soon and wouldn't dream of staying elsewhere now that we have experienced the best!!! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time at the White Elephant. Junior, Sebastian, and Christian were amazing valet / concierge drivers. They do a beach chair / umbrella set up that was so convenient! Gabi got us an amazing last minute reservation at Buccan that was the best meal we had. Our room was perfectly designed and very clean. It was a perfect long weekend hotel!

Loved this place, the rooms are fantastic, even nicer than in the photos. The staff is pleasant and welcoming, and the restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere.

We celebrated a girls weekend and the White Elephant was the perfect place for us! The hotel was so beautiful and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Special shoutouts to Christian, Sebastian and Junior who made are stay all the more enjoyable!

From the time I pull up in front of the White Elephant hotel the excellent service started. We were greeted and the luggage was taken from our car and brought inside.
Every staff member here was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our whole stay. It was the best hotel that I have stayed in throughout palm Beach County. It is close to the beach and shopping.

We visited Palm Beach for our girls 14th birthday! The entire staff went above and beyond to make all of us feel welcome and special! From the birthday banner and balloons in the room, to knowing our names when we walked in. The staff was always available to help us! Everyone was very attentive and very nice!! It was a wonderful trip!!!!

Me pareció un excelente hotel, la atención, el servicio, las opciones TODO. Maria Gabriela siempre estuvo muy atenta durante nuestra estadía y nos ayudó y sirvio en todo momento con mucha amabilidad.
