W porządku, ale poza najdroższym apartamentem który wybraliśmy to takie 3* nie 5*
Pros:

Hotel zdecydowanie wymaga pewnej uwagi, pokój wspaniały, ale słabo wyposażony (2 małe wody mineralne na 3os rodzinę, zimno, wyłączony kominek, i niestety hałas z ulicy, ciężko też było o całkowite wyciemnienie)
Pobyt oceniam na w porządku, do 5* hotelowi brakuje, 5* to skałą, gdzie wszystko powinno być na jak najwyższym poziomie, niestety poza pokojem nie było to doświadczenie na najwyższym poziomie, co do personelu, pozwolę sobie zostawić bez komentarza incydent w związku z niedziałającą windą i przymusowym przejściem przez kasyno do strefy basenowej. Hotel jest bardzo ładnie wykończony. Basen jednak zdecydowanie nie powala, i nie do końca czuliśmy się w tym hotelu traktowani jak mile widziany goście . Myślę że w tej cenie spędzicie miły weekend ze spa, może nie w tak ładnym (co zdecydowanie odzwierciedla cena) apartamencie, ale z może nawet lepszą strefą basenową i obsługą która będzie się starała utrzymać pro kliencki standard pracy.

Cons:

Uważam że w najdroższym apartamencie powinien być dostępny zapas wody, żeli pod prysznic (były 2 malutkie na 3os rodzinę) i nie powinno się wchodzić na basen przez kasyno, musieliśmy czekać na wypuszczenie a przy wypuszczeniu pani z obsługi odezwała się do mnie i do syna tak nieprzyjemnie, że nie będę przytaczać. Windą nie działała, nie zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani wcześniej. Obsługa również dyskusyjne miła.

Ładny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji ale...
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, choć kawa była zimna (prawdopodobnie przez niepodgrzane mleko). Pokój przestronny i ładnie umeblowany.

Cons:

Akustyka pokoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia — już od 6 rano w niedzielę było słychać hałasy z korytarza. Niestety izolacyjność akustyczna ścian również nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań, ponieważ dochodziły do nas rozmowy z sąsiedniego pokoju. Grzejnik elektryczny w łazience nie działał, a część elementów wyposażenia wymagałaby odświeżenia. Sauna była uruchamiana dopiero po zgłoszeniu na recepcji, mimo określonych godzin funkcjonowania strefy wellness.

Great location, super clean - but avoid if you are a light sleeper!
Pros:

Room was very spacious and extremely clean.

Cons:

Sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. AC was rubbish, so we had to open the windows, but the street was bustling and noisy.

Breakfast was not of a high standard. Buffet was poor.
