1 Паркінг авто не зовсім по адресу готелю.
2. Ремонт будинку навпроти. Дуже гучно з самого ранку. Але готель тут ні при чому.

Not their fault, but there was construction which made it hard to park and was loud at times. The only negative aspect of the stay, which was manageable.

La première dame à la réception qui nous a accueilli et a fait notre checkin était incroyable! Bravo à elle!

Le personnel au petit déjeuner, au lieu de s occuper des clients elles faisaient que de parler entre elles.. on aurait dit qu on les embêtait.. absolument pas digne d un 5 étoiles

Przepiękny wystrój, wygodne łóżka, pyszne śniadania. Basen, sauna, jacuzzi i parowa łaźnia - kameralnie, przytulnie, nastrojowo. Dostępna oferta wellness&spa. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Wymieniać można by w nieskończoność, dlatego najlepiej sprawdzić samemu ;)

Super hotel na city break w Lublinie. Zdecydowanie polecamy.

Super lokalizacja. Klimatyczny hotel z bardzo przyjemną strefą basenową.
Bardzo przyjemna obsługa.
I dodatkowo - jeśli ktoś lubi i docenia, a ja tak mam - świadomość, że przebywasz w miejscu, które ma ok. 500 lat!...

Cons:

Klimatyzacja mogłaby działać mocniej - ale byliśmy w rekordowe upały, a sam apartament był bardzo przestronny więc nie należy tego traktować w kategoriach minusów.
Centralna lokalizacja niesie ze sobą ograniczenia parkingowe. Ale można zaparkować dosłownie 100m obok przy ul. Podwale - z tym, że jest trochę schodów do przejścia i należy to uwzględnić. Dla nas nie był to żaden problem.

Hotel zrobił na nas bardzo dobre wrażenie. Wszystko było dopracowane — od czystości i komfortu pokoi, po uprzejmą obsługę i przyjemną atmosferę. Czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze zaopiekowani, a cały pobyt przebiegł spokojnie i bez żadnych problemów.

To miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością można wrócić.
