Pokoje nadają się do odnowienia. Zapach w pokoju jest bardzo kiepski.

The 5 am roosters ... I made a suggestion to the front desk to purchase a few sound machines that could be checked out during the stay, with a deposit. We were told they are protected and nothing can be done about them but sound machines could help.. 5 am is early for a vacation alarm!

Maybe no real vending machines- but we got waters on Duval at circle K

Only thing was our bed/pillows in room 22 were not great.

Das Frühstück könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Leider wird man von den Hühnern, die im und um das Hotel sind, sehr früh geweckt.

The maids seemed under staffed and overwhelmed and the room could have been cleaned upon check-in. This property is pet friendly. At least the room did not smell like dog.

$4 charge for a half shot of espresso at the breakfast.. It should be at least a double shot in the espresso cup for that price. But the espresso cup was 1/3 full.
I didn’t know I would be charged because it doesn’t say any price on the chalkboard menu, it was just written below the coffee which the coffee is complimentary.. So I assumed it was included.

Also, there was a glade plug in and another air freshener hidden in the room. As soon as I got in the room I knew there was some sort of synthetic freshener so I searched around. I had to put them outside right away, those air fresheners are meant for large homes, not 200 square feet. I understand the were probably trying to make it “fresh” for the next guests but using an eco friendly mint cleaner with essential oils would have cut out the mildew smell better than covering it up. :)

All together though, the spot is great. I would stay here again and just request no air fresheners.

The host/ front desk lady and man were also great. Very good at their job.

The man at the reception desk acts as if he were working there as punishment. There is no parking available; you can try parking three streets away, but even then, there is no guarantee you’ll find a spot. The room is cramped and claustrophobic; the wardrobe contains only a few hangers and no shelves, so you won't be able to unpack properly anyway. The showerhead is positioned in such a way that—if you’re a woman—you’ll end up having to wash your hair every day, after which the leaky shower enclosure floods the entire bathroom. You try to go to sleep, but the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear your neighbor snoring right through the wall, as well as every person walking around on the floor above. The air conditioning runs incredibly loudly, making a peaceful night's sleep impossible; furthermore, you’ll either get eaten alive by mosquitoes during the night or find yourself sharing your bed with bugs (some sort of mutated ants).

You won't be sleeping in late, because starting at 4 or 5 in the morning, the chickens will start waking you up—this was my third visit to Key West, and it was the first time I experienced this nightmare. In the morning, you’ll get up and head to a lackluster breakfast: a small bowl of fruit (barely enough for one person), a few slices of ham and cheese, some croissants, and a tomato with mozzarella. All in all—boring. There are only eight sun loungers by the pool, so you have to act fast. If you’re traveling with a child, I feel sorry for you; the place is mostly filled with elderly people who look on with disapproval at a child simply enjoying themselves in the pool.

A graveyard atmosphere hangs over the entire hotel and the pool area. My grandmother's nursing home is livelier than this place. Plus, the bartender serving the welcome drinks refused to make a non-alcoholic version. All in all, I do not recommend it. There are plenty of much cooler places on Key West!

AC in room was adequate, but not efficient. Ran continually even when on auto.

Ho trovato molti insetti nella camera, forse termiti, che cadevano sul letto e tra le coperte.
La camera è molto piccola, lo spazio per muoversi molto ristretto, non ci si muove in due. Il mobilio è vecchio e per nulla pratico. Non c'è un armadio ma solo un'appendiabiti; il bagno è vecchio e ha poco spazio dove appoggiare le cose, appendere gli abiti, ecc.
La colazione è molto basica, poca scelta di cibo, poca quantità. Ti devi prendere le cose al self service, e poi devi pure sparechiare la tavola, come fossimo alla mensa scolastica. Personale al bar per nulla cortese. Non dice neppure buongiorno agli ospiti.
Decisamente una delusione rispetto al prezzo pagato,
