Very good for s layover at SFO
Pros:

Good for a layover at SFO! Parking available, clean large room, friendly staff, safe location, very close to the airport. Stayed there the second time and were again happy.

Pros:

Super clean, big room, minutes to SFO airport. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, feels safe, amazing value!

Great location for our 2 day stay San Bruno very sweet.
Pros:

The location near cafes and lovely Italian restaurant. Basic accommodation very clean and always hot water for a strong shower.
Easy access to train to go into San Francisco and only short drive from airport.

Cons:

Limited things in the room, only plastic and paper cups and very limited tea and coffee essentials.
For the money very basic.

I chose this property because it is close to the long-term parking lot at the San Francisco Airport. I will book again!
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised once I entered the facility - the room was large, clean and well supplied, and there is a lovely sitting area on the second floor. I wish I’d had more time there!

Did I get discriminated by the old receptionist?
Pros:

Specious enough

Cons:

It was hard not to doubt that the old receptionist deliberately gave me a BAD room.
When I asked him for a room on the 3rd floor, he insisted all their rooms are on the 2nd floor.
He gave me a room which used passcode to enter, I checked the other rooms, they all used key card to enter.
The room was significantly different smaller, and totally different from the advertised pictures.
On the advertisement, there were soft, tub and luggage rack, none of these appeared in the initial room.
Thankfully, I went back to the counter, reporting the problems to the young receptionist.
He promptly resolved this issue, giving me a room on the 3rd floor (where the old receptionist lied about), with all the facilities and appearance as advertised.
This was the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel, I knew how the rooms were like.
I also checked other rooms, they all looked like the advertised pictures.
Therefore, it's hard for me not to doubt the old receptionist was hostile to me.

Rude staff, comfy bed
Pros:

Comfy bed, large room

Cons:

We arrived at 11pm after a long flight (March 21st). Nobody was on the desk an doors were locked so we were stuck outside for 15/20 mins. Once let in - there was no hello how are you ect, we were greeted with ‘name and credit card then’. Told our room number then left to go up to the room. No enjoy your stay ect. The next day we then left our luggage to the same man. When we went to collect it we were told we needed a bag tag (not given to us) causing further stress. Would not recommend based on the staff

Nice staff, Not clean!
Pros:

Response from Front Desk. Flexibility with my after midnight arrival.

Cons:

Lots of Mexican smelling food left in refrigerator from previous guest. Evidence of lack of cleaning on the sink counter and the bathtub. I wasn't comfortable in the room, not knowing what more was still dirty.

Very good place for a short stay near SFO
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights while on a stopover at SFO. Place was very good for that. Close to the airport, convenient parking, friendly staff, clean large room. That was exactly what we wanted.
