Aufgrund der nicht schlechten Sauberkeit würden wir das Hotel nicht wieder buchen. Die Lage ist gut.

Die Mikrowelle war sehr dreckig und wurde auch nicht gereinigt.
Der Fußboden war dreckig.
Die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen und hatten weiche Matratzen.
Die Parkplätze waren sehr eng.

Déjà, la chambre n'etait pas propre du tout : ongle coupé dans le syphon du lavabo, poussière et cheveux un peu partout.
J'ai ensuite inspecté le linge de lit et le sommier comme je le fais à chaque nouvel hôtel. Catastraphophe !
Des nymphes d'insectes morts non identifiés, des tâches en forme de points noires sur le sommier, de longues tâches rouges-brunâtres sur le sommier au niveau de la tête de lit. Bref tous les signes d'une infestation par des punaises de lit !
L'hôtel envoie un message pour dire que la réception est ouverte 24h/7j. Or c'est faux : la réception est fermée de 23h à 8h. Il était tard, impossible pour moi de parler à quelqu'un.
Après avoir mis mes affaires à l'abri, j'ai donc dû me résoudre à dormir quelques heures...dans la baignoire, hors de portée de potentiels punaises de lit, et en laissant la lumière allumée dans la chambre pour les dissuader de sortir.
Le lendemain matin, à la réception, impossible de parler à un manager. Soi disant ils accèdent à ma demande de remboursement et je dois maintenant voir avec Booking, mais j'ai de gros doutes...
J'ai donc été signaler la situation et mon expérience, photos à l'appui, aux autorités de la ville de San Bruno ainsi qu'au département de la santé et de l'environnement du Comté de San Mateo, qui ont pris mon témoignage au sérieux.
Puis j'ai cherché un autre hébergement à San Francisco et suis parti.

Čistota, pohodlné postele, vstřícný personál, který nám na požádání objednal místní taxi

Cons:

Delší cesta od veřejné dopravy, z letiště je vhodnější využít taxi. Cena taxi se již ve 3 a více osobách vyplatí

Great place to stay close to the airport. But plenty of things to do close by if you stay the night before a flight.
Pros:

It was very close to not only the airport but plenty of lovely bars and restaurants within very easy walking distance. Very spacious rooms, especially with suitcases. It also had a nice communal area.

Great value for your buck. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe here.
Pros:

The room was much larger than I expected. I loved that there wasn't carpet. Walls were well insulated from what I could tell because out in the hall you could hear the kids next door to me through the door but in my room you couldn't hear them at all. Bed was more comfy than not and there were better pillows than most hotels. Sheets also may have been the cleanest I've seen in a hotel in a while. Having parking on site was a big point for me to book at this hotel. Close enough to freeways that going downtown was super easy.

Cons:

Parking was super limited and they are smaller spots. You could hear the planes, as others have said, but it really wasn't bad compared to a lot of places I've stayed.
