Pros:

Mattress was very comfortable

Cons:

Blankets were very thin and light. Probably ok for summer, but not as nice in winter.
Lots of street noise, room and windows not sound proof.

All in all, this was a convenient and comfortab place to stay. We were able to get a great rate too.
Pros:

We stayed here because we were catching a 5 am flight from SFO and wanted to be close to the airport to make it easier on ourselves. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. It did not seem crowded at all. The desk person gave us suggestions about where to go for dinner (walking distance) and explained where to wait for Lyft to the airport in the very early morning. It's a short ride from the San Bruno BART station to the hotel and another short ride to get to the airport.
