No estoy cknforme al trato al cliente reserve por 3 dias y eran las 11 pm me exigen el pago total el cual me.negue a pagar y wuedamos que iba a pagar al otro dia no clnsumi nada solo una coca cola de.vidrio luego a las 9 am tocan mi puerta pero no para servixio al cuarto sino para que pague de manera muy poco profesional asi que me retire y NUNCA MAS VUELVO AHI

La flr.a del trato al cliente ya me quede varias veces en wse hote pagei 3.800.000 gs una vez sin pagar al entrar al checkaut lo hice y ahora todo lo contrarrio

Das viele Grün. Man kommt aus dem Zimmer und meint man ist im Dschungel.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen kein einziges gekochtes Gemüse!!! Dafür Fleisch in allen Varationen. Und beim Salat keine Salatsosse. Wenn man aus gesundheitlichen Gründen gesund essen muss, ist diese Auswahl eine Katastrophe!

excelente: la ubicación, las instalaciones, el personal.

Cons:

medio: el cuarto 41, tenia olor a viejo y con polvo
Para mejorar: el guardaropas, era de madera por tanto tenia mucho olor a viejo o a bichos (no sabria describir bien), pero no podía guardar mis ropas ahi.
