La ubicación es excelente y el personal es amable en general. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y la cama es bastante grande. Nos dejaron ir con nuestra mascota lo cual es bastante comodo.

Cons:

Las ventanas no son black out y entra la luz, tuvimos que improvisar poniendo papel aluminio para no despertarnos tan temprano, el servicio de limpieza es algo deficiente, hubo 2 días que no nos limpiaron la habitación.
Tambien tuvimos un malentendido al momento de pagar ya que el hotel habia confirmado que el alojamiento de la mascota costaba 35 euros por estancia, al momento de el checkout nos dijeron que eran 35 euros al dia, lo cual nos sorprendio bastante, al final despues de revisarlo con el gerente confirmaro que solo eran 35 por estancia como lo habian comunicado inicialmente.

Pros:

Todo fue según nos esperamos. Todo exactamente como en las fotos. Muy fácil acceso tanto en coche/taxi como en transporte público. Tiene varias lineas de autobús urbano que pasan cerca y tranvía.

Cons:

El gimnasio para una persona que simplemente hace un poco de ejercicio diario está bien. En cambio, si alguien quiere entrenar bien, siguiendo una rutina en la que carga mucho peso … desde luego no es una opción. Tiene un set de mancuernas desde 1 a 10kg máx.

Cons:

online check-out is not working. I left room card and went away, but I don't receive invoice as described in Check-out email. I'm still struggling with hotel and booking.com agency, it's tricky that they all said they cannot send invoice to me, please contact the other side. //Update: but they fixed it quickly, thanks a lot for prompt support from hotel.
