Cons:

Siempre que me hospedo quiero relajarme en la alberca y siempre esta super fría no tienen, calefacción, al bañarme se me bajo la presión del agua dos veces y el wc se le salía la agua.

Soy cliente recurrente, cada q visito león me hospedó aquí y cada vez me toca habitacion más alejadas del jardín y alberca y la tarifa sube cada vez más y la verdad está vez colchones y almohadas muy duras

La ubicación del hotel fue lo mejor.

Cons:

La actitud de la señora que está en el bufete es pésima, así mismo el personal del valet parking actúan como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. Nos tocó el día que los chavos de la UNAM hicieran examen y totalmente taparon la entrada al estacionamiento y el personal del hotel no hizo nada por solucionar. Tambien del bufete deberían poner más personal con la señora que hace quesadillas y huevos al gusto, la fila es insufrible. Las camas estuvieron pésimas, creo que en los moteles encuentras mejores.

A pesar de que fue una semana complicada por que había hospedados muchos niños y adolescentes de equipos de futbol el control fue impecable, por la noche no hubo un solo ruido que afectara el descanso.

Cons:

El desayuno, poca variedad, jugo de caja, el café me dio gastritis y el sazón de la comida dejo mucho que desear, no sé como hicieron para que unos sencillos nopales quedaran agrios 😒
