Mauvais rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Très bonne situation. À 10 minutes de la gare de train à pied et aux portes de la ville historique. Cadre de l’établissement agréable : ancienne Madrasa de charme. Personnel accueillant. Accès à un minaret qui permet d’avoir un joli point de vue.

Cons:

Chambre sans fenêtre. Problème d’humidité. Odeur d’égout en utilisant la douche. Équipements sommaires. Petit déjeuner où il faut payer minimum 20 000 sums pour avoir un café sinon c’est du café soluble qui est proposé . Sentiment que l’argent dépensé par les visiteurs est plus mis et investis sur le lieu que sur les espaces privatifs. Attention un hôtel de charme ne peut se résumer à un cadre.

The location has charm. It’s a good location.

Cons:

We were told last minute that our room for the first night is not available and the hotel moved us to another hotel. As we only had 2 nights there, it was a bit of an inconvenience. But the host was helpful in providing the transport between the two locations.

Peu élaboré mais correct

Cons:

Paiement par argent comptant seulement. Cependant, sur le site de booking, il est écrit que l'établissement accepte le paiement par carte de crédit aussi. Nous faire croire que le système de cartes de crédit ne marche pas est de la foutaise. Il marche tout à fait dans Khiva.

ヒヴァに来たらまた泊まりたい。
Pros:

イチャンカラから近くてタクシーも停めてもらえるので立地が非常に良いと感じました。yandex goでタクシー呼んだ際、運転手の方から電話が掛かってきたのですがウズベク語が分からず困っているとホテルの受付の方が代わりに用件を伝えてくれました。
スタッフの方々は笑顔で挨拶してくれて居心地が良かったです。
外で朝ごはん食べれるのもとてもよく、朝から良い時間が過ごせました。ホテル内の塔は結構階段が急なので履物など気をつけた方が良いです。

Cons:

ランドリーサービスの個別料金表がどこにあるのか分からなかったことくらいです。

イチャン・カラの東門からすぐの便利な立地でした。
受付の方がとても親切に対応してくださり、安心して滞在できました。
中庭には木々が生い茂っていて、とても美しく落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
フロント前の庭も風情があり、ヒヴァらしい空気を感じられる素敵なホテルでした。

well located 5 minutes from the old city centre in an historic property. helpful reception desk and a good authentic experience of Khiva

It was fine for me but my room would have been hard to access for someone with walking difficulties. would recommend stressing that on booking if it might affect you

Super Lage und die Unterkunft hat durch seine Geschichte einen ganz besonderen Charme. Der Service war perfekt, sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Anfragen die wir hatten, auch haben wir problemlos ein Lunchpaket bekommen, da wir leider vor dem Frühstück abreisen mussten.
Der Innenhof ist wunderschön mit den Maulbeerbäumen, den Stühlen vor jedem Zimmer mit Blick auf die eigene Minarett. Dort hochzulaufen ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich aber war auch sehr schön für den ersten Überblick auf Khiva. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, volle Empfehlung!
