Staff Great rest questionable
Pros:

The front desk women were outstanding. Super helpful and very friendly.
Also love the laminated floors for pet rooms.

Cons:

I chose this place because I have dogs. I had to walk my 2 dogs, 1 15ibs 1 50lbs up and down 4 flights of stairs to take them out. I am almost 60 with health issues. Almost fell everytime. NOT SAFE. WE NEED USE OF THE ELEVATOR

Wonderful Place and People We Will Never Forget!
Pros:

Our stay was a long one due to a move, and we could not be more pleased to give an excellent rating to the hotel and staff. It was a great value for the cost, location, and convenience to area amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious, and hotel services exceptional. When family and friends visit, we recommend Extended Stay to them.

Absolutely disgusting Roches crawling everywhere and I have pictures and videos. I would not suggest anyone ever stay here. Take this off booking.com. They know there’s roaches. I called and told them they know they’re not doing a damn thing about it. It was absolutely disgusting. I’ve asked for my money back several times Huge cockroaches little cockroaches

AWESOME HOTEL
Pros:

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Up to Drew, Ms. Sally, Ivan and the hotel manager! They would always work with you accordingly to the situation you're in to give you a peace of mind. Everything they do or request is always respectable and it is safe to say for me that this is the best, most honorary hotel I have stayed at. Very understandable to all accommodations. They will also always be sure to inform you on everything going on so that you're not left in the dark and have no surprises. Thanks to all staff for their superb efforts and customer satisfaction.
