Cons:

Staff did not work with me after I had reservations and I lost my ID/wallet in my trip. I showed her a photo copy and told her I had apple pay connected to my phone. She said she did not want to call management to see how we can resolve the issue. I arrived late Friday night after hours of traveling and was very disappointed on how the staff handled the situation.

Over all, except for the one incident, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Charged me for $100 deposit I was no aware of. I chose to buy things from the marketplace with a separate card, then after I checked out they attempted several times to double charge me for marketplace items already paid for.
