Absolutely lovely!
Pretty place, Receptionist explained everything, and was friendly. Room was clean and nice styled. Really liked the bath tub) Complimentary juice and wine on top
Good location and parking. Tiny shower. Room full of lovely furniture but not well appointed. Odd breakfast ; got the impression one wasn’t expected to go to the dining room for breakfast. In the hallway there were cereals and milk and juice. In the bedroom were some sort of breakfast bars, a couple muffins, tea & coffee. The only fruit were 2 mandarins. Plates etc were in the bedroom so we sat there for breakfast. Felt like the owners didn’t want to actually meet any of their guests. Definitely not the “ 5 star” B& B vibe anticipated.

Loved the location and the ambience!
The included breakfast needs an upgrade from an old, dry, plastic wrapped muffin, an orange and a small yogurt.
Way better to go Next door for amazing scones, or down the street to the 3rd Ave Cafe for a great breakfast.

Victorian style not for everyone- but well done
It’s a quaint home but overall I didn’t enjoy the breakfast in the room experience. Location is convenient. Place is clean. The portable AC unit is a bit noisy for me personally. Bathroom is large but mainly taken up by big tub. Shower is tight.

What a gem! Beautiful, old fashioned and charming - a break from the normal sleek, ultra-modern hotels. Front desk staff were lovely and we appreciated having breakfast in the room due to an early departure

The continental breakfast was barely adequate. Cereal provided, but no milk unless you used the mini cartons provided for coffee, and that was only enough for 1 cereal bowl, not 2
Hand soap provided for the sink, but no shower gel
It would have been nice if the guest supplies had included a bedtime hot chocolate and biscuit.
