Very satisfied, enjoyed the stay!
Pros:

Beautiful place, right at the beach, with a view. Liked that a drying rack was provided on the porch. Room was just right, comfortable bed. Close to shops, market, restaurants.

Cons:

I would prefer less bulky pillow, they were too large to use.
Wished snacks and drinks were available all day.
The walls are thin, could hear neighbors too easily.
Would like if housekeeping came daily, especially as sand gets on the floor.
Would like tea bags offered in room, not just coffee.
The security at night was an elderly man who appeared to have cognitive difficulties.

Un pequeño paraíso
Pros:

Alojamiento ubicado justo enfrente de una excepcional playa (Napili Bay). Hay piscina y barbacoas de libre utilización. Para la playa te dejan sillas y toallas. Nuestra habitación era muy cómoda y grande. La habitación estaba equipada con una pequeña cocina súper útil si te alojas varios días de cara a comer. El checkin tardío ha sido muy fácil y el personal muy amable. El parking es gratis. También tiene incluido un pequeño desayuno con café, fruta, y algún bollo, y algún zumo natural(cosa destacar, ya que en todos los otros hoteles que hemos estado alejados, no lo tenían).

Cons:

Que no hayan limpiado la habitación.

La nostra stanza era vista oceano, la camera più incredibile in cui siamo mai stati ospitati...... abbiamo praticamente dormito in spiaggia. Eccezionale!!!!

Location! Beach chairs ad towels made everything easy

Perfect start to our Hawaii vacation
Pros:

The location was perfect - right next to the beach, next door to an easy breakfast shop, and close to even more. The pool and grassy areas were really nice to have as well. It was quiet and relaxing! We will miss sitting out on our porch!

Would definitely stay again and recommend
Pros:

The beach being close walking distance and the ocean being so clear and bright blue made the stay so wonderful. Staff was great stayed out of the way and let you do your thing

A very laid back vibe, at a well-taken care of Maui institution in a great location.
Pros:

Somewhat of an "old Hawaii" vibe that is extremely close to Napili Bay. The pool and the courtyard are very nice, the hotel has an intimate feel, and you are very, very close to a lot of food options. Showers and mini split AC units in the rooms are great as well!

Cons:

We could hear our neighbors even when they were speaking at a normal conversational tone. Office staff hours were limited.

The hotel is gorgeous from the palms and greenery to the views of the ocean from the pool - the beds are comfortable and the AC is cool and comfortable. Being so close to the beach and local places to eat like The Sea House, Merriman’s and the Gazebo, this place is stunning.
