Un bel hôtel et choix de restaurants

Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The shopping area is less than a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of food options nearby. West Lake is just across the road, offering a beautiful view. A very convenient and enjoyable stay overall.

Excellent stay. The hotel is classic and very comfortable. Service at dinner was a highlight, server Roger was nice

Laying low at the Grand Hyatt Hangzhou for a work trip here in Hangzhou. Everything is smooth and comfortable, just what you need.

The real standout was the dinner I had at their restaurant tonight. Our server, Roger Wang, is a fantastic guy. He was just on it, super attentive without hovering. We never had to look for him. He’d just appear right when you need anything. Really friendly and professional. His English was excellent, which made everything easy. Thumbs up to him and the restaurant 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The room was beautiful and offered a fabulous view, making my stay truly memorable.

Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. The hotel’s location is perfect—right by West Lake, with shopping areas just a few steps from the entrance.

The reception team was very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Viola, the Director of Rooms, for her outstanding service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Pros:

By the lake.

Cons:

Hot water was not available in the shower booth. I claimed it next moring but it was still the same in the evening. I could not shower with enough hot water. Only little hot water was available and it made me cold during shower.

A must-stay in Hangzhou
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay right on the shores of Westlake, and the musical fountain that plays every evening is right in front. The service is impeccable from the moment we arrived till checkout. The gym is well-equipped and has a good view of the heritage streets. The swimming pool is amazing with natural light, and the changing rooms have sauna and hot pools. Great way to rejuvenate morning and night after long walks in Hangzhou. Must try the 28 Hubin Road restaurant, it is awesome.
