Strongly recommend
Pros:

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location is excellent. The shopping area is less than a 10-minute walk away, with plenty of food options nearby. West Lake is just across the road, offering a beautiful view. A very convenient and enjoyable stay overall.

Pros:

By the lake.

Cons:

Hot water was not available in the shower booth. I claimed it next moring but it was still the same in the evening. I could not shower with enough hot water. Only little hot water was available and it made me cold during shower.

perhaps only the location

Cons:

old hotel, aircon was not working well. initially was assigned a room at the further end of the corridor which was very far from the lift. staff helped relocated my room to the other wing which was closer to lift. However aircon on both rooms did not function properly and when i turned on the fan to max, it made noise that make it difficult for me to sleep. There were also many ants on the table tops near the TV

Short and sweet. Best hotel I've been stayed in for a while
Pros:

The location on the lake was amazing. it was my first time in town. this was one of the best hotels i've stayed in. Jimmy at the front desk was outstanding.

Cons:

I wish i could have stayed longer.

Great! I like it especially hotel’s flexibility allowing earlier check-in and later check-out to accommodate our schedul
Pros:

Very convenient location. Near to scenic areas and stones throw away from central shopping.

Cons:

Nothing much personally. Did not encounter problems I read in other reviews like smelly room etc.

Pros:

地理位置无与伦比，去哪里都近在咫尺。无论购物还是逛西湖。大堂和早餐也非常棒！

Cons:

空调系统太老，我们很怕热，但是空调无法自己调节温度导致第一晚说不着，冬天室内温度25度还是太热了。没有窗户，也无法自行调节，好在酒店还是很好，第二日给我们换了一个有平台花园的房间，空调似乎也可以调节。
