Good because I enjoyed visiting the city.The quality of the room was disappointing though..
Pros:

Breakfast was good and plentiful
The location was good with a 25 min walk to the b3ginning of the more popular tourist areas.
Generally quite quiet during the night.

Cons:

The room was dull and dismal.
Too much brown and biege.
Small in size and not a well designed shape for the price.
Some of the bathroom fittings were damaged or loose.

Ein gutes Hotel wenn man als Tourist einige Tage in Lissabon verbringt.

Cons:

Der kostenlos angebotene Flughafentransfer hat nicht geklappt.
Cappuchino beim Frühstück ist wie Kakao - das wurde auch von anderen Gästen moniert; man ging aber darauf nicht ein.

Für 1 Nacht O.K.
Pros:

Entfernung ins Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 30initen. Mit der U-Bahn 4 Stationen.

Cons:

Parkhaus ist wahnsinnig eng, mit Mittelklasse (VW Taigo Mietwagen) bleibt gerade mal an den Ecken der Kurven eine Fingerbreite um nichts zu beschädigen. Plätze stehen mir begrenzt zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus hört man den Fluglärm vom 6,5 km entfernten Flughafen unmittelbar der landenden Maschinen. Fenster sehen modern aus, sind aber nur einfach verglast. Fluglärm geht bis 01.00 h. Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Für 1 Nacht O.K.

Agradável mas pouco confortável para uma pessoa da minha idade.
Pros:

Nada em especial. Foi tudo simpático.

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno e sem um sofá ou cadeirão para me sentar. Não correspondeu ao que estava na foto.
Também não tiveram em consideração o pedido que fiz de ter uma almofada dura na cama.

Cons:

Deludente per un hotel a 4 stelle

Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata molto deludente e la struttura non è assolutamente all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle.

Partiamo dal bagno: la doccia aveva una pressione dell’acqua insufficiente e la temperatura oscillava continuamente tra acqua bollente e fredda, rendendo difficile fare una doccia confortevole. Inoltre, il comando del soffione non funzionava correttamente.

Il letto è stato un altro grande problema: scomodissimo, con un materasso irregolare, avvallato da una parte e rialzato dall’altra. Dormirci è stato davvero spiacevole e il comfort del riposo dovrebbe essere una priorità per qualsiasi struttura alberghiera.

Anche l’insonorizzazione è pessima: si sentono chiaramente sia il rumore del traffico esterno sia i rumori provenienti dalle altre camere, rendendo difficile riposare. A questo si aggiungono gli spifferi provenienti dalla finestra, che non si chiudeva ermeticamente, lasciando entrare aria fredda e compromettendo ulteriormente il comfort della stanza.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, bisogna riconoscere che la varietà dei prodotti è ampia. Purtroppo, però, la qualità gastronomica è decisamente deludente: tanta scelta, ma prodotti di livello basso, che non rispecchiano minimamente ciò che ci si aspetta da un hotel a 4 stelle.

Anche l’accoglienza a colazione lascia molto a desiderare. Il personale di sala non sorride, non saluta al mattino e trasmette una sensazione di freddezza e poca attenzione verso gli ospiti. Un semplice buongiorno e un sorriso dovrebbero essere il minimo in una struttura di questa categoria.



Nel complesso, diversi aspetti hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno, dal comfort della camera alla qualità della colazione, fino all’atteggiamento del personale. Quattro stelle dovrebbero significare qualità, comfort e ospitalità, non soltanto una categoria sulla carta. C’è davvero molto da migliorare.

Séjour à l'hôtel Turim Europa Hotel
Pros:

L'aimabilité du personnel dont le réceptionniste de ce matin parlait français, le petit déjeuner était bien dans l'ensemble, bonne situation de l'hôtel car il y a ce qu'il faut dans les environs, surtout des arrêts de métro qui permettent d'aller dans tout les sens, nous reviendrons.

Cons:

La veilleuse du lit qui ne fonctionnaient pas des deux côtés.
