Pros:

Le camere sono belle, comode e pulite, la colazione è abbastanza varia. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Anche se non è in una posizione centralissima, la zona bella e tranquilla, con diversi ristoranti nei dintorni . Ben collegata, vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e alla metropolitana, con solo 3 fermate dal centro.

Great location, breakfast.
Pros:

They gave us another room because the air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room. They gave us 4 different rooms to choose from. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from. The shower was good - I like hot water, the shampoo&shower gel and conditioner smelled good. Comfortable beds, good TV. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels every day. The staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

Did not like that the air conditioning wasn’t working in the first room. We were in Lisboa when it was hot weather (38 degrees).

Location is decent.

Cons:

Smelly room, hot water that only works in the morning, minimal comfort, bad lighting and window facing the corridor, parking is very expensive. Not terrible but definetly far below its stars and price.

Posizione dell'albergo, lontana dal centro e a circa 10 minuti dalla metro più vicina. Stanza piccola, letto piccolo, mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto, bagno con vetro doccia non a tenuta acqua.
