Was a pleasant stay. Room was very clean, comfortable and closer to plenty of restaurants, brunch places, coffee shops and metro.
My initial room was freezing, the staff literally spent around 2h to repair the heating system, they initially refused to change my room when was visible that the heating was not working. At first day after nye was very unpleasant. In the end they changed my room where the heating was finally working.

The room was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. There were no bad smells from the bathroom, unlike what some other guests experienced. The flat-screen TV had good channels, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Location was good too, upscale neighborhood and just next to different metro stations and buses, grocery stores around. 2km from the city center. Good value for money and I can definitely recommend.
The window did not insulate well from the outside noise and you could feel cold air coming from it. I stayed in March so it was okay, but I can imagine it could be a problem in winter. Also, I could hear the neighbors in the other room, so it’s a a good idea to bring your earplugs. The facility is not new, but it’s clean and all the textiles are new. Shame the breakfast was paid additionally.

Άριστη σχέση ποιότητας τιμής παροχών και τοποθεσίας!!! Ανάμεσα σε δύο γραμμές μετρό, πολύ κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείων και για το κέντρο και για το Μπελέμ και το Μνημείο των Ανακαλύψεων!!! Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο, βοηθώντας με κάθε πληροφορία και λεπτομέρεια σε ότι βοήθεια από σχέση πληροφορίας!!! Μας εξυπηρέτησαν κρατώντας τις αποσκευές μας δωρεάν μετά το check out, γιατί η πτήση μας έφευγε στις 10 μμ!!! Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν πολύ καλό,στον 4ο όροφο, συνέχεια το βρίσκαμε τακτοποιημένο,καθημερινά, χωρίς καν να το ζητήσουμε!!! Πάρα πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή μας, φύγαμε με τις καλύτερες των εντυπώσεων!!!

Hmm, nothing to point out in the open. Had a bad stay because of the service and grinch staff at the desk.
The staff was a bit "not smiley" and had a lack of humor and service. From desk worker, breakfast personell to bartender.
One of my worst stays in Europe so far, service wise. And the room was poorly designed, with one electric socket at the far side of the bed.
Was a bit noisy at the floor because of traffic 3 meters from the window.
Hotell was not full, and still we got placed at the ground floor. Even after asking for a nother floor... BAD SERVICE!
