Only one staff member, who try make my stay comfortable.
The guest next door, left the television on at the loudest setting, the staff were not friendly. There were roaches and mice, I stay up cleaning my own room, because of a mice enter my room. Water damage/plus mold on the ceiling wall outside my room…. The list goes on

Se ofrecía con elementos para cocinar y no contaba con absolutamente nada. Tuvimos que ir a reclamar por algunos utensilios, nos dieron menos de los que necesitábamos pues no disponían de los elementos para nosotros cuatro, siendo que pagamos por ello y que además se publicitaba como con todos los elementos. Otra cosa, los pasillos olían a orín, muy desagradable. No volvería otra vez

There were homeless inside the property
It was spacious and had a nice bathroom.
There were no glasses or anything to make a drink. I did try to call reception but noone responded. The door key didnt work and the price avertized didn't reflect what I paid. The charging USB didn't work.
overall it was good
the smell to marihuana in the nights. although it is not the Hotel fault but it was something that I did not like

The staff was pleasant.
The room has a strong smell of old cigarettes. The floors were dirty. There was a lot of general disrepair, like paint peeling off the walls and shelving that was loose. The “breakfast” mentioned in the listing was coffee, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. they said the elevator was out of service due to a power outage, but it was out of service for three days and I never saw anyone working on it.
The breakfast was terrible, and no food was available after 0800. The elevator was not working.
New management and investment in the property is needed to make this hotel acceptable.
