It’s good if you just need a place to sleep and you don’t care and want cheap. Not good if you want comfy.
Pros:

It was cheap. It requires card key to enter lobbies so it’s secure.

Cons:

Loud construction going on. It was not very clean, I assumed it was a unit they probably don’t use often as the floors had dust on them. I was able to shower and see the water marks wiping off dirt from the floor. The water system was old I assumed? As it took like 5 minutes for the water to become hot enough to shower.

Inexpensive and Very Comfortable
Pros:

The location and distance to the airport. The comfort of bed and pillows were awesome! The Staff was very friendly.

I left immediately and asked for a refund which I am still waiting to receive.
Cons:

There was construction being done on the building. The noise was deafening and the walls rattled. I did not stay and want a refund!!

Price is the only thing it has going for it

No iron. Then the bone they brought had a sticky burnt spot which ruined my shirt. No soap in the shower. There was lotion installed instead. Carpets filthy in hallway
