Nettes Hotel in guter Lage in Rothenburg.
Pros:

Die Lage gleich an der Stadtmauer ist sehr gut. Die Dekoration der Rezeption ist sehr schön. E-Auto-Ladesäule ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Personal war gestresst und zeitweise unfreundlich, Service Personal beschimpft Küchenpersonal zu Unrecht neben Gästen….😖

Keine Info über Kosten über Menü am Abend- war sehr gut, leider kann das Personal die gehobenen Ansprüche, die sich offensichtlich der Betrieb stellt, nicht erfüllen…

Pros:

Perfecte kamer nog nooit zo een prachtige kamer gehad. Een ding was minder was er erg warm wel een ventilator maar bleef snachts 27 a 28 graden op de kamer. Airco zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Cons:

Alleen de airco die niet op de kamer aanwezig was. Perfect hotel en personeel erg vriendelijk.

Sehr netter Empfang und freundliches internationales Service.
Zimmer wie auch das Bad ausreichend groß. Duschabtrennung war etwas zu kurz, daher war auch der restliche Fußboden im Bad nass.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, vielfältig, gute Zutaten und gut gekocht.
Vom Hotel zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum in ca. 5 min.

Cons:

Preis und Leistung klafften beim Abendessen doch weit auseinander.

Beautiful place to stay, has a luxury quality and the staff are very welcoming
Pros:

The location is perfect for a stroll into the old town. Easy to find and car parking available. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had a room with a terrace, tastefully decorated, with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast had lots to offer and had a beautifully presented continental breakfast area where you help yourself. Hot cooked options are offered also. Loved staying here, very modern and impeccably clean & tidy. Can’t wait to return.

Chemie im Haus passt nicht zur Einrichtung. Schade…. am Ende ist das Erlebnis nicht billig.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Wir hatten ein cooles Zimmer in der Dependance. Unsere Kollegen am gleichen Ort ein sehr kleines Zimmer.
Unterbringung der Fahrräder im Keller - war aber so nicht vorgesehen.

Cons:

Man hat mit stylischen Elementen ein cooles Hotel geschaffen. Leider merkt man dass irgend was nicht stimmt. Der Ton unter den Mitarbeitern ist bissig, und mehr auf sich als auf den Gast fokussiert. Wer was will soll sich selber melden.
Kleines Beispiel - am Buffet kann keine Eierspeise bestellt werden - am Tisch kommt aber niemand und fragt ob man einen Wunsch hat. Und Gespräche mit Mitarbeitern gehören nicht in offene Räume.
