Quality Inn Homewood Birmingham I-65

So nasty I left 20 minutes after I got there. Toilet was overflowing. No towels were in the room. Asked for towels and they didn’t even have any and had to go find some. Brought me one. Absolutely filthy. Girl at the front desk was in the back talking. Stood there to check for 8 minutes. She came up and continued with her FaceTime conversation.

The picture of the property and the actual property was two different things. I would have given this a property a 0 star. The first room the door would not open and the window had tape it because it was broke on the inside. The second room had been smoked in and I am allergic to smoke the 3rd room smelt better but was filthy. We finally just checked out and took the lose for the night and found another hotel.

Room looks like a place used to store furniture, roaches crawling around the bathroom.

Pool was not open as advertised. Was very run down. Room smelled of smoke. Bed was wet upon check in. Lots of people randomly hanging outside of rooms. We are a family with small children. We didn’t stay and demanded a refund.

Very unclean and unkempt. My stay wasn’t awful, but the room was not what I expected. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Pool is not open, cable went out overnight and the elevator inspection is out of date. They only have the one elevator and all the doors are locked so the key cards dont open the outside doors.

The motel is much older and less inviting than it looks in the photo. The desk staff was on the phone the entire time I was checking in and the light on the second floor in front of the elevator was out. The room was acceptable, clean.

In my room you could tell the floor wasn’t vacuumed, the tub was dirty in the bathroom, my blow dryer and microwave didn’t work, my window didn’t close all the way so I could hear outside while inside and half the outlets didn’t work

It was not a good experience, room 145 on the back side of the property, was not clean the bed was in a tiled position high on the foot and low at the head, dirty around the edges of the furniture. So out dated furniture.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The service was poor and the staff unresponsive to customer needs or concerns. Phone broken cable spotty room dirty and dark. Housekeeping poor. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

Tv did not work at all and when front desk individual was told she said ok and didn’t do anything further. The bathroom towel had dried poop on it (took a photo if needed)

Then I changed rooms on the third floor the tv didn’t work I couldn’t watch tv and that room was dirty as well
I kept seeing black stuff on the sheets
I never seen or been in a hotel so dirty

Checked in too the hotel the air didn’t work the tv didn’t work when I got back to the room my friend was sleeping and she woke up because she was getting bit by BED BUGS !! & I was was still charged for the night stay I wouldn’t recommend this hotel too anyone!!!!!!

Terrible and unsafe location would not recommend if you like your life

Advertised as a king bed with a sofa. The room was very small and had a chair instead of a sofa, which was a problem for our family. It also needed some upkeep. There was a hole in the carpet, some broken bathroom tiles, and just some overall issues that needed updating.

First room given, tv didn't work, fan in bathroom was so loud you could not talk above the noise. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Second room was ok. Both rooms were dirty. Carpet edges were really dusty.

My room had several roaches and some other type of insect. Had to walk around the front for vending only to have to wait 20 minutes to be buzzed in
